@@RichyG90 hi. I’d personally recommend light squats and running. Too my weight training on your knees can lead to severe problems later in life. And can lead to fatal injury.

When your doing leg press try and get your knees into your chest its a bit hard to try with a lower weight but you will feel it more

Omg you sound like you want the chair of the supporters club. The whole post is Disneyesk. There is a failure to appreciate the free fall of the club under the tenureship of Flitcroft. It's so sad to see it happen. There is no balance to your statements. You keep saying "you got the chairman" was this on camera? Are you complying with GDPR and ICO regs? On the plus side Moore may be the man to get the players playing like a team. And if he does, it doesn't mean Flitcroft shouldn't go.

Considering Carols open letter outlining the achievements of Flitcroft I wouldn’t class it as a “free fall” however I do get some fans want instant successes which unfortunately is not going to happen without some pain. I did indeed get him on camera not acting as a neutral. I am not a business and not using the footage for data purposes, it does full into the PINAC regulations. The chair of the supporters club has every right to be fed up with this side, just as every fan who pays their hard earned money to watch this dross has every right to be fed up. We’ve got behind our team, we travel in incredible numbers and have been given nothing in return in terms of passion and fight. I admire your optimism though, wish I had some 😄
I agree he does have the right, however I don’t agree with the chairman of supporters club breeding the negativity that brings the club down and ultimately leaves other fans frightened to attend the match’s. The fans that are abusing the players should be ashamed of themselves and if they continue to do so it will only bring the club further down to a state beyond saving. I also agree we do travel in amazing numbers which the club is grateful for. We know what the team is capable of look at us at the start of the season. Thank you for admiring my optimism, you don’t need to wish, you already have it! You just need to change the mindset. Let’s get behind the lads and the club we need everyone together on this until the end! Bring on Derby UTV!! 🖤🤍
look at the rule book regarding taking quick free kicks, the opposition player doesn’t need to be 10 yards and can make an interception. obviously the rule goes into more detail but it is a rule i haven’t heard of.
I’ve just had a look is this the one you’re referring to, at least 9.15 m (10 yds) from the ball, unless they are on their own goal line between the goalposts outside the penalty area for free kicks inside the opponents’ penalty area
