I live about a mile from Vern’s home place
Who knew that Mrs. C had such a sultry singing voice?
Cant imagine they weren't bigger back then......She didnt have anyone who sang like her.... there was Reba, KT Oslin and The Judds ..but none like Paulette....just one mans opinion.
One of the better Christmas Carol episodes I've seen they made working at a radio station seem like fun
I didn't know Springsteen sang that song hungry heart now I know why I find that song so annoying
Thanks for the fun!
Vern was as good as. Anyone
Incredible picking. Crowe's are amazing (saw them after release of Cindy Mae). I can't imagine how this would have sounded with the banjo having proper setup. The clamshell (or thereabouts) is a bust. Presto, Rickard, Straightine, or Kershner on the TP. A bridge about 0.2 to 0.3 g heavier would bring out the mids and lows, and suffer no loss up high with correct geometry. I'd of course first try to use my Zebra/Kat or Missouri Maple/Kat (maple from my ole lightnin' struck/half-dead core of 20 years from my ex-FIL's), or one of many others including Eric Sullivan's, Mike Smith's, or Silvio's (Scorpion). The last I'd try is that patent-usurper turd from Deering. Smile my arse. A bunch of us were countering sag way before Deering did it. Liberal scam artists. Now, get off my lawn. LOL
The great Jack Dills aka Jack Daniels on guitar. Love that guy.
Awesome Singer and Song
Daniel Lee Moore I turned 57 today
@0:07 - I want Jennifer's green dress and those slide sandals!
he was a great singer love his music xoxo
"As God is my witness. I thought turkeys could fly!"
Real country
I love the sound of this song.
Sooooo, "Palmer" wound up surviving and is now going under the name "Norris"...I guess The Thing has a sense of humor that it never revealed earlier. Personally, I suspect he/it has already taken over Bailey, and, possibly,....Hirsch. The scariest episode of WKRP.
It makes me cry I have lost so many love ones.specially my daughter and Ned
Havent heard this as a young girl!
Aww man loved watching this show!! So many memories
Me
I hated it when she stopped performing.. 😢

Rip. The voice😊
One beautiful song. Sang it all the time. Learned to dance to it
Circa 1980: An era of comedy that died so many years ago. Think I’ll get some violets.
Awesome song!!
They don't call him the voice for nothing
