Thanks for your input but this property is for sale unfinished and 'as is'. We can only put properties for sale in the state that they are when the owners wish to sell them. The bottom two apartments are complete. The upper level is to be complete along with the exterior. Many properties in Barbados are sold incomplete or that need work. The quotes to complete this property are less than $30,000 USD. The building cost of this property, which isn't old at all, would be far more than the current asking price. If you finished watching to the end of the video, you would have seen the pictures of the completed and already tenanted apartments. The 2nd apartment is also complete and tenanted. We have to market what we are given for sale, the video shows it exactly how it is which is helpful for many buyers.

You are indeed correct. The owner had instructed a price increase of this amount with the housing market being buoyant at this time.

It’s a great area, and would make a great surf shop. It’s just above Barclays park and Cattlewash. Perfect position as it will have great vehicular traffic as it’s on the main East Coast Road you have to pass it to get to good surfing coming from the west, northwest and north coasts. If you have a link to where you’ve seen it at that price, please forward it to us as the owner would be mortified and would certainly like to know. The Dover Mews actually were listed over $400,000 USD. They’ve only actually been decreased in price.
