I think both are different class apart, comparsion point of view not right, avionics system in apache is far superior...

Prachand is in a completely different class from the Apache. It is in the class of the cancelled US RAH-66 Comanche armed scout (light armed scout US classification). It has the world's best high altitude performance. The Apache is a heavy attack helicopter and cannot fly as high in operational condition. That is why India ordered both.
