The trees were not the issue. The issue was the truck driver not following the road signs meaning he blew right threw the stop sign with a flashing light. How the driver didn't see that sign is beyond me.

To all the armchair wiseguys here, yes, it's obvious the truck should have stopped at the stop sign. That said, if the trees had "not" been blocking the view, the bus driver "could" have seen the truck incoming and not slowing down, and could have slowed down as an evasive maneuver, and then the worst that would have happened is the truck would have ran a stop sign. Come on people, it's not that difficult to figure out. It's quite obvious really. And because half of you here seem to be idiots, I'll spell out for you. The bus driver was "not" at fault. This video doesn't say "the bus driver was at fault" in any way. The video doesn't defend the truck driver. It only shows what I just said above and I'll say again for the sake of clarity: the bus driver could have had a chance to avoid the speeding trucker, if the trees had not been there. He would have maybe said "holy shit, there is a speeding truck coming and it looks like he's not slowing down, I better stop and wait for him to pass, good thing those trees aren't there, so that I can see this oncoming danger from that guy who doesn't know how to drive". If so many of you can't understand this basic concept, then the world is in worse shape than I thought.

In all honesty, I believe she is the way she is because she has a naturally round/square(?) shaped face and that is what makes her insecure *I'm bad at guessing facial shapes*. I feel she is aiming and wants that slim sculpted type of face. When you look at upclose headshot photos without her body in them her head/face makes her appear healthy up until you get to the whole body shots. IF THE BUS DRIVER WAS ALIVE - he would be facing massive lawsuits. did he slow down at intersection?; what speed was he doing? did he check for traffic at intersection? [Ive driven busses ; we were trained to take all of the former precautions at intersections]

I saw the video of the intersection and the trees wouldn't have been an issue if the truck had stopped. If the truck was moving, it couldn't stopped in time. I drove for 50 years , but a mentally handicapped person could have figured that out. Yet the person that was driving hasn't been named or been charged. Even the guy that killed all those people in Toronto with a van was named that night and charged. The only thing I can think of is that the RCMP are totally stupid or owned my trudeau and afraid to offend his immigrant friends. I'm sure they will find some way to get him off with no blame.

The truck was in full speed with the bus driver did not see because of the trees if the truck had stopped they would have been safe but as the truck got into the bus way the bus had gone through the truck and the front of the bus ripped off and before they stopped the truck was on top of the bus when the collision happened with cossd the bus front to rip off and break apart with injured ppl in the bus horribly

QUIT using the trees as a factor... If they were a problem then perhaps the truck driver should have slowed down enough to safely see what's coming regardless of who has the right of way! It takes 15 seconds to do just that and carry on ones' happy way...

But, it looks like the truck company was a small start up which probably has no good attorney to prevent Alberta from shutting his company down... for a while at least. OK. So, after months of analysis and investigation what do you think the truck driver will finally be charged with? It will probably take weeks or months to get a trial started though. Find plenty of pins and needles to sit on until then.

the only reason the farm and trees were any factor is that the bus driver would not see or react to a truck at 100 kph blowing through a stop sign. the timing of the crash in portions of a second vs the speed of the 2 vehicles is mathematically staggering. fate was the real factor.

The trucker is at fault. You can scientifically dismiss the sun as a factor. He blew the stop sign hitting the Broncos bus. His rig was doing highway speed. I think that's the unchallengable brutal truth. Accident non the less however, the longer it takes the RCMP to charge the driver with 16 counts of involuntarily vehicular manslaughter, (if they charge him with anything at all) the more suspicious I become of Ottawa pulling the strings.

What the hell does the trees have to do with any type of Vehicle Crash? When driving any type of Motor Vehicles, Basic Speed Law And Obeying Traffic signs Rule. Trees have nothing to do with it. You just don't keep driving just because there are trees along side of a road or intersection. You should always be looking for Traffic Signs and any other traffic that is or is not there. It is called "Defensive Driving". Sounds to me someone is trying to get their ass out of some deep shit.
