Game was really 24-12, don't let the garbage time TD and box score skew the story.

Overall, it was a good analysis. But Hurts was the reason they got those 2 TD drives in the first half. He was definitely a factor. Ironically Hurts did everything you wanted Lamar to do.

Wanted to give you some complements on this channel and your analysis. I'm an Eagles fans and this vid popped up in my feed so I checked it out. I thought the large majority of what you said was spot on. The one thing I'd push back on is the 1st quarter D analysis. I think you can say "the Ravens checked the box" there but nothing more given that the Eagles haven't had a 1st quarter in any game this year where they've been effective on offense. This was a very close game and would have come down to the last drive had Tucker made the kicks. The Ravens/Eagles are quite similar in many ways and this was simply a heavyweight battle and it seemed to me like the Eagles wore down the Ravens by the 4th quarter.

The Eagles only scored in the first quarter TWICE all year. 3 points against LA Rames & 3 against the Cowboys were the only two times they scored all year in the 1st quarter. They have a 10-2 record. That's no credit to the Ravens. The Giants, Browns, Saints, Falcons, and the Jags shut them out in the 1st quarter as well, not including the good teams like Green Bay, Bengals, Commanders (spent 2 minutes looking this up). The Eagles beat all those teams except the for the Falcons, which they would have won if Barkley didn't drop an easy TD catch at the 4-yard line late in the 4th quarter. I could go on, but I had to stop at 1:22 and move on to the next podcast. Good luck, but you got no emotion or stats, just fandom for your team.

All this uproar about Lamar scrambling more, he was scrambling galore against the Chiefs and we still lost. The bigger issue is how none of our receivers got any separation in that second half against that Philly’s man defense. Every time we play a good man team (KC, Pitt, and now Philly) we end up in a box. We need to fix that!

Lamar did his job to his best ability, but having to be forced to play riskier because Justin Tucker cant kick field goals is absurd. Games like this is where special teams and defense need to step it up.

You're 100% wrong about bringing out a new kicker. That's absolutely insane. Tucker isn't just a good kicker, he's the GOAT. He's so far beyond anyone else that it's scary. Every single miss has been wide left, it's a mental and technique issue, he will figure it out, he always does. This isn't the first time he's gone through a slump, sure, it's the worst he's gone through, but he WILL figure it out.

I was just thinking today that if Baltimore does not get over that playoff problem. Would getting a new voice in the locker room be the right move? Maybe John’s not the guy to get this team over the final hurdle in the playoffs. A new voice and new leadership may be what’s missing. We’ve done the Harbaugh thing for well over a decade. Maybe it’s time to seek out that right person to engage this team in a way that he is not.
