I felt like every time I drank I was opening the door for unclean spirits, especially when I had bourbon or any hard liquor. and the next week or two after I would feel distant from God. Also so many people I know gain so much weight from drinking, and I struggled with bad acne breakouts every time. Anything that negatively affects our bodies like that is a huge red flag! Since then I occasionally drink kava, which is nice. Straight from the earth, doesn’t make me a different person. Wish I knew more Christians like this!

As for your cycle .. I used to get my cycle too frequently too. I did majorly change the way I eat (limited refined sugars, processed foods and soy) but it seems like you eat pretty healthy. The other thing that i recommend to EVERYONE that has saved my life from gut wrenching cycles is something called “Cramp Bark” you can get it from Whole Foods, sprouts , Amazon etc. It is an herbal liquid tincture that helps balance hormones, reduce inflammation that was used by indigenous cultures for years. It’s CHANGED my life. I no longer take medication for cycles bc it helps so much - I take it during my cycle and a couple days before if I remember to. Please order that !

It sounds like you live in a big city. If you want abundant opportunities, I would suggest living in a big city. I left a big city and went to a small city and it was nothing but crickets for opportunities that really can bear some fruits. You just have to like the city. I hated big city living with a passion especially as an average person. You are exposed to so much that I had enough of it. Give yourself a timeline to make it up the corporate ladder to a comfortable life and if it does not happen have a plan B exit plan, do all of this now. I say this because many people live 20 plus years in big cities, hustling, struggling, stressing out and have nothing to show for it! I on the other hand yes, there were lots of tough times in the small city but I made so many wonderful memories because I am happy where I live. I prefer to be struggling and be happy than struggling and being unhappy where I live. Thanks for sharing, I dropped a like for you!
