It still looks fake. The shine/glint of the diamonds doesn't match the lighting conditions of the model. Also, the drop shadow doesn't opposite of the source of light.

How would you go about blurring the tread of the tire? That would be the only give away to it being photoshopped
Great question!! So if you use the blur on a separate layer you can use a layer mask to add or remove any parts of the blur for more realism!
