The only thing I would do different, is I would do the pushdows a lot slower. And the kickbacks ,I would pause for 2 seconds and squeeze. And the skull crushers I would do third instead of first, this way if you do either the pushdowns or kickbacks first, your elbows and joints are warmed up better so you can preform an overhead exercise like the skull crusher ,to avoid any pain or discomfort. Especially if you had any prior wrist or arm injuries in the past.
I live push ups and planks. They're the best home workouts. You just need the a wall or floor.

esteban, i like your workouts. also great that you remove the shoes and just do socks which is good for mobility mechanics and should continue in the workout. in the recent ones that you loaded u did not on the ankle mobility but you should because helpful to understand and follow along. also you also explain well on the ones that you do. kim
