Primary school students have come together to explore how kindness can help solve global social and environmental challenges at South Australia’s inaugural Children’s Kindness Convention, held on Wednesday, 14 August, at St Peter’s Woodlands in Glenelg.

Our Monday afternoon BBQs have been very successful with many being a sell out! We are always after volunteers, so if you are free on a Monday afternoon from 2/2.15pm and have volunteer clearance please let us know. In the last month Olympic fever has taken over the nation and we at St Peter's Woodlands have cheered our athletes on whilst taking inspiration for our own Mini Olympics.

Nine Year 5 Japanese children, from our friendship school in Osaka, joined our Year 5 classes for a school integration week and home stayed with SPW families.

Students, parents and staff gathered at Norwood Town Hall for a musical celebration extravaganza. Performances included Show Choir, Junior Glee, Chapel Choir, Band, Strings, Keyboards and a few other surprise performances by our much loved Arts Team. It was a night to remember and a lovely musical party in celebration of our 25th birthday.
