Regarding the Khazadstone - that confused me as well. If you have visited Nain's grave at the Mithril Forge, you will have already picked the Khazadstone up (if you look at your inventory, you will see it listed below your equipment). You can't actually do anything with it though and the text you just looked at said that you have to speak to the King once you get out of the mines to get it restored.

You should call your rabbit Bonky as that sounds very similar to Bonnie.

I wonder if the fact that you are both connecting to an online service from the same IP address is what is causing the instability in connecting? I've been playing this a lot over the last few weeks since I got it from Epic (both solo and with others) and have only seen one crash in that time. Also, you really should upgrade your backpacks. By this stage you should have access to the Mountaineer's backpack.
