What year and model do you have, and what version of FSD do you have?
2023 Tesla model y with last Software Update.
my mom uses this in georgia, and she says it gets confused a ton on the georgia roundabouts. also, why do you have dashcam? tesla has their own dashcam built into the car and it records all the sides.
The extra camera is for instance my battery goes below 20% and the recording stops
@teslaknowledge7648 that is very smart actually.
Very good review, I look forward to your review of the second generation!
That would absolutely obstruct the air flow
Can you send me the link for the item? Thanks.

65k miles/yr on that thing!
Yes in 10 months
Can you please do a review of your aftermarket screen you used with Apple CarPlay? Appreciate it and keep up the great videos!!! Cheers 🎉
I bought my wife a Volvo c40 ultimate twin recharge model year 2023 the 31 of December 2022 and it came out from the dealership with continental eco contact tires and they lasted only 15,500 miles,I bought yesterday the Hankooks Ion Evo AS SUV tires and they seem very very good,we are hopping for much better mileage first of all and ride quality.

You should read the manual if you don't know how to operate the vehicle properly.
fax
What
Just a thought
then issue is not the car in this case
At the beginning, given no destination was set, why did you expect it to do a u turn? The screen showed it intended to turn left, so why were you surprised when it did?
That indicator is not an accurate measure of degradation. If you want a true battery capacity, you need to run the battery test in the service menu.
can I have a mint please?
They will tell you all kinds of poppycock about these disposable cars/ computerized tracking devices on wheels, Lets see how well one of these cars fairs when it's done 300,000 miles. I don't see any of these sterile vehicles ever being a historic functioning vehicle. They will all be landfill by then.
Nice job on a very easy U-turn. You should test FSD in a big city, during the busy morning commute? Or at night in the city?
I’m with you man, too busy to be rotating, just buy new Michelins
There is a difference between battery degradation (capacity) than predicted range. Predicted range takes into account the current weather and your recent driving habits. Most degradation happens within the first 50K miles or so and slows after that, so of course you may have some actual degradation as well.
Did you just say you've NEVER rotated your tires? 🤣
People have no idea what's going to happen this decade.
But you do know? Please tell us!
@@DerekDavis213 Tesla has the world's largest Nvidia H100 cluster. It is entirely dedicated to processing the 360-degree video feeds from every car. It is simply a matter of time. Right now they have 35,000 H100 chips and are planning to have 85,000 by the end of this year. There is no reason that a car cannot drive itself solely with cameras, and this will become painfully obvious in hindsight.
@@LuKiSCraft It is *NOT* simply a matter of time. No matter how much *raw* *computing* power you have, that does not guarantee achieving Level 5 Full Autonomy. FSD v12 has been out for about 90 days, with huge amounts of training being processed 24 hours per day in Tesla's monster data center. And the result? The very latest 12.3.5 still makes all kinds of mistakes, on any challenging drive. FSD remains a simple minded Level 2 assistant. Nothing more.
@@DerekDavis213 I agree with a lot of what you just said, but I think you don't realize how much computing it takes to train the neural net. Of course they haven't achieved L5 autonomy in just 90 days lol, it will take probably years of additional computing with more data than ever. Point is, there's a path.
I am proof. I bought a Tesla almost a year in hopes that FSD would get me back on the expressways after avoiding them for a decade due to panic attacks. Can't say that I am not nervous but I am back on the expressways thanks to FSD.
With the amount of mileage you're putting on, it will be interesting to see how the battery degradation continues. When do you think you'll hit 100K miles lol? I have a Model Y from 2021 but with only 30K miles because I only drive like 12K miles per year. Battery degradation has also been minimal it seems
I'm driving a 2020 MYP with 260 now. It's not so bad. On top of that, I'm using winter tires so mileage is pretty bad hahaha
That's the plan! I think in two years will reach 100000 miles
Still with factory tires and just posted a video about it on my channel Tesla knowledge
How many miles will you get on a set of tires? Or have you already replace tires at 25k?
Yeah I’m also wondering that
I'm at 30K miles on my tires and about to get them rotated again. Should last for at least 40K. Tesla says to rotate every 6,500 miles but TBH that is not necessary. I do every 10K miles.
that was cool to see ty
If you'd set it to chill, it will do less lane changes. In aggresive it does more lane changes. There's also normal in-between.
i want a tesla so bad
Hey, thanks for the video. What is this mini-display/dashboard you have in front of your wheel ? It is the first time I see this.
Yes, it is . Purchase on china website for $208 and only take 5 minutes install
This is going to be in the history books as the greatest American Automotive Failure in history. Right next to the Pinto. A decade of hype and nobody is going to buy it…literally nobody
So your original range was 260 miles, and it is now 255 miles. Would be really helpful to understand your charging habits, for example how do you normally charge, on a SC or at home, do you normally charge to 100% as in this video, or was that charge a one off for a specific journey. The way you charge can really affect your degradation. Thanks for the video.
Had similar issue with the Mach-E the ghost speed zone, wants to drop from 65 to 35 out of nowhere… fortunately it’s my daily drive so I’m not caught off guard anymore…
It’s call phantom breaking
Americans thinking 70mph is highspeed. Meanwhile, me driving on the autobahn at 240kmh every morning commuting to work 😊
Autopilot is getting a false trigger. Auto pilot cruise control in traffic is still not a good idea IMO.
70 is the max for cruise control, that is crap
The cruise control was set at 70mph in this video, but you can set the cruise control at speeds much faster than this in any Tesla
@@ryanjoseph6663 what's the limit, when tested in the past it has only allowed me to set it 5 mph over the speed limit which is a total "big brother control" I don't want in a car. My family is from Spain so I go visit there often and we tend to cruise around 160 km which is 40 km over the speed limit. I'm not sure if the cruise control limit is higher there or because we drive an older car that doesn't have those limits?
@@IReapZz95 I'm in Australia so it might be different but I have set cruise control 15km/h over the speed limit of 100km/h before
It’s happened for my Mercedes 2024 EQB250+. So sad
Thanks
This happens because the GPS thinks you are on a surface street. Tesla service has said it's your dash cam and/or radar detector interfering with the GPS, which I think is BS.
And yes, fix your video please, there are open source video editors to rotate your video.
Thanks
@@kingwsk2 any recommendation on video editors?
You should probably just get rid of that deathtrap. I hope you dont get locked inside, when that thing catches on fire.
it's nothing wrong you just won the prize of being can in a Tesla 😂
