I'm a gaming TH-camr who's getting on a bit and I felt like making a second TH-cam channel more fitting with my age so I decided to get outside and go hiking and exploring places of interest so join me for a walk and we'll see what we can find!
A CREEPY Crawlspace Hidden In A Stone Age Cave
An unexpected find while exploring Reynards cave in the Peak District!
Despite having watched other TH-camrs explore Reynards cave I hadn't seen any of them showing the mysterious ledge half way up the climb so I had to check it out when I saw it.

A SPOOKY Night In A Cabin In The Woods

Can I survive the night in a mountain Bothy during spooky season? The cabin featured in this video is called Duror Bothy situated in Glen Duror Forest in the Highlands of Scotland. It is well known as the birth place of James Stewart AKA James Of The Glen who was hung for a murder he didn't commit in 1752.

My name's Wayne and this is 80's kid outdoors, a channel about getting outside and doing something you've never done before whilst improving your health at the same time. I decided to do exactly that when I hit my 50's and I thought I'd record all of my experiences to try and show that you're never too old for adventure!
Did I Prepare Well Enough To Climb Ben Nevis?

What Gear Did I Take Up Ben Nevis? In response to comments on my Ben Nevis video claiming I hadn't gone prepared I thought I needed to upload this footage taken before my climb to show that I had all the right gear for the mountain path and my only mistake was underestimating how long it would take to go up and down before night fell.

Training for my first hike in the Highlands of Scotland Come for a walk with me while I explain why I'm starting a second TH-cam channel that's a bit different to my usual content.
Why did you think in beforehand that staying in that hut should be scary?
Use your stove to get those logs going
I would of closed that bolt on the door or latch with the spare boot laces I carry some how any travelers wanting to come in could knock and iID their selves,.👍
10:51 people and their trash! 😡
Might have to get the torch and have a look? There is zero chance I'm not.
Hi hope you ok and safe take care love Patricia curry Danville VA 😮😊
stay in the city where you belong
Imagine all of the different types of people through the many ages, who've passed through, camped, fought bloody battles, hid from Romans or Vikings (or Picts), and all tho souls who have met violent ends in those very spooky wooded areas. Lots of dark vibes ...I would not venture there at night in any woods. I did that camping thing in the hills in Spain, and I did not have very good nights there...all kinds of spirit activity through the nights...I am too traumitized to even recall those old memories so long ago.
That chair looks quite creepy
Happy hippy caught some of the most profound activity on youtube with his visit to the white Laggan bothy. Crazy stuff.
Something so special about Cave, I love them!
They're very cool 👍
Ive been to dovedale..up thorpe cloud..i live in south Derbyshire
@@jamesshyla It's a lovely place
Do you live far from Derby
2 caves for the price of 1. Bargain!
And the surprise cave was actually the best!
Some kind of a fancy porch to a posh caveman 😂 Isn't this video part of your last video, or am I losing my mind? Either way, great video ☺️
It is from my Last video, but hardly anybody watched it. I thought maybe it was too long for some people so I decided to publish a much shorter one this time. Glad you like my silly sense of humour 😂
I love any chance for a laugh ❤
So would you have gone further into that crawlspace?
Nooooope. But I enjoy watching others doing these things lol
Oh absolutely but I'd have a friend with me.
U caN be locked in from the outside by that outside slide over latch
Nah, the latch is on both sides and there isn't a hole for a padlock. Last resort would be breaking the windows though if someone somehow locked me in lol
This place basically looks exactly like the old barn I'm in now.. but at least I have some old furniture still helping to cave in the rest of the floor slowly... I do like it though. :) Wouldn't go back to the city for love nor money.
Nice to find you
Thanks
Very nice
Your picture quality is amazing!
I'm using the DJI Osmo Action 4, it's so good!
If ever I’m alone in a bothy, I would barricade the front door with a couch, bench, etc. as that would give me time to exit through a window 😮
The windows didn't open lol
I could live there alone for 20 yrs
Ghostie be like Whos he talkin to. Is he a Ghost?
I'm wondering why they have a slide latch on the outside of the door.
Probably to stop it blowing or swinging open. But I’d definitely be thinking “What if some nutter locks me in?”
Those logs you brought mate are for indoor fire places, ambiance logs we call them! They are not used for a proper keep burning fire
The veil is thinning, and the evil ones are coming. I know people will think I’m crazy, but very very soon you will all see this is happening. The return of Jesus Christ is imminent.
Dude be careful With BigFoot they’re real I saw one in 2014 ..
Just found this channel 52 k views on it but not 1 k sub yet got an a new one here.
Thanks, it's a new channel. I just got lucky with one video so far 👍
When I first saw the back pack on the ground I thought it was a huddled child or something. lol creeped me out before it even got dark outside! hahaha
Lol
Mould on ceilings
Strangely quite peaceful and calming place at night. Not spooky at all. Well, maybe because I'm sitting in my house with the lights on 😅
Evil dead lol
Can't bare an open window like that, inside can't see anything outside but from outside you can see in eughghghh.
Great video. I've not heard of the Dovedale trail or walked this area before & I haven't even seen any other channels mention it. Really enjoyed the content & how your personality comes across. If I do ever get to the Peak District, this trail will be on the list. Thanks for showing this little gem 👍
Thanks mate
Another great video bud! Keep them coming :D
Cheers mate
What a lovely country. Thank you for taking us with you, I had a great time 😁😊
Glad you enjoyed it, thanks
Special thanks to the River Dove for providing the soundtrack to this video lol
I seen a couple of guys who found one. And it didn't take long before stuff started to happen!!!!
Bringing fire logs to the woods is a bit like bringing coals to Newcastle innit?
Always heard about the bothys of Scotland, this was a cool video and showed the beauty of Scotland's rugged highlands, phenomenal !
Thank you 👍
Interesting that you knocked. A friend told to always knock hotel room doors before going in to allow time for spirits to disperse. 😱
I knocked in case some people were already staying there, but if there's any truth to that then I did the right thing lol
I'd love to just find an abandoned house, move in create new locks and keep it. There is a law like that isn't there? you get to own a property officially if you stay in it for 10 years? A previous owner has 2 years to kick you out prior? but what about the land?
James of the Glen fought in the 45 rebellion.
Homeless drug addicts would love that haunted cottage. Where is it again?
I wouldn't go hiking, bushwalking or camping solo or without a firearm! Not worried about the animals, it's people that worry me the most.
New subscriber and loving it. All the best on your channel mate!
Cheers mate
Better then been In a tent right
because in order for ghost demon to haunt people is you have to be a hardcore believer
