Yeh 9 knowledge areas project management ke mukhtalif pehluon ko address karte hain aur project ke successful completion mein madad karte hain.

Process:- ek systematic aur structured approach ya set of steps hota hai jo kisi specific goal ya objective ko achieve karne ke liye follow kiya jata hai. Yeh steps ya activities ek defined sequence mein perform kiye jate hain taki desired result ko attain kiya ja sake. Process ko samajhne ke liye, aap usse ek roadmap ya blueprint ke roop mein bhi soch sakte hain jo aapko kisi task ya project ke completion tak guide karta hai.

Cost management ek project management process hai jismein project ke financial resources ko plan, estimate, control, aur monitor kiya jata hai takay project ke budget ke andar reh sake. Yeh project ke har aspect ke liye cost estimate karta hai aur in estimates ko project ke lifecycle ke dauran track karta hai. Yeh cost management ke phases hote hain: 1. **Cost Estimation**: Initial budget ko tay karna project ke liye, including resources, materials, aur labor costs ko estimate karna. 2. **Cost Budgeting**: Project ke liye estimated costs ko specific tasks aur activities ke liye allocate karna aur overall project budget tay karna. 3. **Cost Control**: Project ke dauran actual expenses ko monitor karna aur unhein estimated budget ke andar maintain karna. Agar kisi phase mein budget se zyada kharcha ho raha hai, toh corrective actions ko implement karna. 4. **Cost Tracking**: Project ke har phase mein actual expenses ko track karna aur budget variances ko identify karna. Yeh phases cost management ke sahi implementation ke liye zaroori hain aur inka istemal project ke financial health ko maintain karne mein madad karta hai.

"Rapid prototyping" ek project development technique hai jismein final product ka ek quick aur simplified version ya prototype develop kiya jata hai. Yeh prototype users ke feedback ke liye use hota hai taake unka input liya ja sake aur final product ko improve kiya ja sake.

"Fast tracking" ek project management technique hai jismein kuch project phases ya tasks ko overlap ya parallel execute kiya jata hai taake overall project completion time ko kam kiya ja sake. Is technique ka istemal project ke timeline ko compress karne ke liye kiya jata hai, jaise ki kisi urgent deadline ko meet karne ke liye ya competitive advantage maintain karne ke liye. For example, normally aap foundation construction ke baad hi building ki superstructure construction shuru karte hain. Lekin fast tracking mein, jab foundation ka kaam shuru hota hai, tabhi se simultaneously superstructure ka design aur materials procurement ka process shuru kar diya jata hai. Is tarah se, foundation ka kaam complete hote hi superstructure construction ka kaam bhi shuru ho jata hai, jisse overall project completion time reduce ho jata hai.

Phase ek specific stage ya step ko refer karta hai jo kisi project ke lifecycle mein hota hai. Yeh project management mein istemal hota hai taake project ko organize aur manage kiya ja sake. Yahaan kuch common project phases hain: 1. **Initiation**: Project ki shuruwat wali stage jahan project ke objectives aur scope determine kiye jaate hain. 2. **Planning**: Project ke detailed plan ko develop kiya jata hai, including tasks, timelines, resources, aur risks. 3. **Execution**: Actual work ko shuru kiya jata hai aur project ke tasks ko complete kiya jata hai. 4. **Monitoring and Controlling**: Project progress ko track kiya jata hai aur agar zarurat ho to changes implement kiye jate hain. 5. **Closure**: Project ke successful completion ke baad final deliverables ko accept kiya jata hai aur project ko formally close kiya jata hai. Yeh phases har project ke hisab se alag ho sakte hain aur kisi project ke liye kuch aur phases bhi add kiye ja sakte hain, lekin yeh common steps hain jo aksar projects mein dekhe jate hain.

80/20 percent rule, jo ke Pareto Principle ke naam se bhi jaana jata hai, ek concept hai jo kehti hai ke zyadatar results ya outcomes kisi bhi activity mein 20% efforts se aate hain. Iska matlab yeh hai ke: 80% of effects come from 20% of causes. Examples: 1-Business: Kisi bhi business mein, 80% sales, 20% customers se aati hain. 2-Software Development: Software mein 80% issues ya bugs, 20% code se aate hain. 3-Personal Productivity: Aapki 80% productivity, aapke 20% tasks se hoti hai. Yeh principle har field mein apply ho sakta hai aur yeh identify karne mein madad karta hai ke konsi activities ya factors zyada important hain aur zyada asar daal rahe hain.
