A piece of wet paper towel was exposed to -3 deg F windchill in Atlanta as a powerful cold front swept across eastern U.S. The wet paper towel froze in less than 30 seconds. Temperature: 14 deg F Wind speed: 18 mph, gusting 26 mph Video taken on Georgia Tech campus.
