As an avid disc golfer i was bored initially with the theme of this video. It ended up being very interesting but i was hoping Destin would’ve given us more of the physics breakdown of disc golf and different disc golf shots

I watched the video when it came out and it definitely made me want to go out and buy more MVP discs. And that’s saying a lot as I mostly throw Innova.

Other disc manufacturers offered a glimpse into their production process as well (Vibram, Innova, Discmania). After watching quite a few other manufacturing process videos, I'd say MVP's process is similar to other brands', apart from the overmold specifics (allignment and second extrusion). This includes isage of robots and laser weight marking (ať least Latitude does that, unless it's other kind of machine engraving). Creating new discs by combining top and bottom halves of other molds is also used as it comes from the process itself (having all molds split in half). For example if I remember correctly, Innova Eagle, Teebird and Firebird were made this way - one coming to life from halves of the others. And even now, sometimes when Dave introduces new disc on TH-cam, he straight away says if it shares a part with other disc. I would say Dustin's original video was a result of great move by MVP, fueled partly by their love of the sport and manufacturing process, and partly by pragmatic marketing reasons.

I will also say i lived in northern mi. About 3 hours from mvp factory mvp racks held every brand but mvp disc at all my local stores so I had to order mine

MVP does have discs in sporting goods stores in the US. Just as many as other manufacturers. House of Discs, MVP family, Innova Family, Discraft Family. Happy to chat about it with you if you'd like.

I use to make plastic i was amazed by how simialer the process was for them as it was for more curiose about there ristricted area so i could compare it to are restricted area lol and no its not disc we make that is confedentail enjoyed this video great job! Are robot arms are simialer obviusly slightly design difference's due too different product

I have always found that my best rounds are the ones where I dont care about the score, and just focus on enjoying the moment... that being said my best is like... +8 at harris crossing. To be fair I have only been playing a year so far.
