A re-imagining of 'This Day Aria' from the season 2 finale of Friendship is Magic.
Credit to Minty Root on Deviant Art for the Canterlot Background inspiration it was really helpful!
Ok so this took longer than expected (that's life for you!) You can even see that my boarding style changed like halfway into the animatic which is quite funny. I did have to go back and clean some of the earlier shots up to compensate.
I learned so many things throughout this entire project so hopefully more good things to come into the future.

1. Love your artstyle! 2. I'm pleasantly surprised there's an Asoryuu version of this meme, 3. That Herlock & Iris cameo, such attention to detail! And 4. Also love how you made sure to keep it in character by having Ryuunosuke blush at the end at Kazuma's questionable revenge fueled antics, Ryuu is totally the type to be equally parts scared and horny by stuff like that.

Ah yes they do in the books but I was tasked with reimagining the whole thing as part of my thesis project. I'd probably change it to something closer to the book if I did this project again. Sorry if that confused you haha!

oh my god, sorry for the late reply I didn't see the notification! Yam is a robot Ann and Hume find in the woods and take back into the camp. SPOILERS for the book: Yam is actually the antagonist of the book known as the Bannus, the machine that is keeping them stuck in the woods and changes who they are.

Oh this was just to represent all of the people Mordion has killed, (which is a lot lmao). They don't go over every victim in the books so I made some up to represent his overwhelming guilt.
