If anyone doesn’t like Barriss, I’m kinda glad that she found redemption like Anakin Skywalker, Revan, Bastila Shan, Ulic Qel-Droma, Yuthara Ban, Bengel Morr, Tahiri Veila, Quinlan Vos, and Asajj Ventress. These characters turned to the dark side and committed terrible crimes, but then eventually, they find their way back to the light side and even atone for their wrongdoings. Remember this: No one is beyond redemption. Charles Xavier: Just because someone stumbles and loses their way, doesn’t mean they’re lost forever. That is my favorite quote.

This was a swing and a miss. There was no choice here. They’ve turned her story of purposefully choosing to be an inquisitor to she was forced into it so she didn’t do nothing. Makes any redemption seem shallow.

I'm wondering what would happen if the pirates tried to defend themselves and the republic didn't drop a huge ship on the city?

I utterly hated this stupid composite beam laser weapon on the B Wings introduced in SW: Rebels!!! It looks so gimmicky and out of place and makes zero sense that a ship of this size has the power plant to utilise such a weapon. The B Wings were indeed capital ship killers, but did so with more conventional armaments, like their ion canons, heavy lasers and proton torpedoes.

The droid controller is an awesome design I love the look of this show and Andorr, they actually feel and look different

Well, a padawan without his master can turn bad. Especially if he had to watch with his own eyes how his master was killed. Unlike Kanan Jarrus, who made the same experience at the same age, Jod met ruthless pirates and became one of them. Kanan met Hera, Sabine, Zeb and Ezra, who became his padawan. He was also guided by Ashoka. Jod was not that lucky. To be honest, I lost my interest in Star Wars since after the Force Awakens and the following dissappointing sequels and TV Shows. Skeleton Crew might have been well received if it weren't for the terrible Acolyte. i doubt, that Disney would continue Skeleton Crew, which is a pity, as it would have been intresting to see how the story of Jod would continue. If he would redeem himself and grows as a reborn Jedi or just become a dark force wielder and follows the Dark Side of the Force.

From the New Republic point of view, those pirates are just a cakewalk compared to the CIS and Galactic Empire.

no one is talking about the composite beam that the b wings had, the only other time we saw that was in rebels.

8 X-Wings + 2 B-Wings + 1 CR90 Corvette = more than what the New Republic did in Mando Season 3.

The Republic did NOT come to the rescue. They can't be bothered with that. Just as the Empire can't be bothered with that. The Republic came for the mint. Just as The Empire would have. Things change and yet nothing to little changes.
