Take that thing pull the six out. Go to the dealer get all the mounts and transmission crossmember. Slide an AMC 390 with a 4 speed and you got a rocket on your hands. I know. Can you say SC Rambler aka Scrambler ?

That looks very similar to the steam engine that came to our village and others around to power the corn threshing machines every August. Its arrival always brought the children and others out of their houses to see it rumble and whistle pass. We would follow it to Bridge Farm to see the drive belt attached to the threshing machine that had been positioned in the field next to the farm house. The cats would gather to catch the mice that were escaping from the straw being feed onto the threasher.
