I have been a trauma psychologist for 25 years, in healing ministry, The healing of trauma is identity, integrity, and resurrection. The spirit resurrected spirit does not have trauma, it is healed...the old nature holds trauma in the brain-but, the transformation in Christ is higher ground...God has a way to heal trauma and in His plan and purpose is the power of joy... The old nature brain is an intellectual idol, enmity against God- the carnal mind... that holds trauma and whatever it can to use to bring the spirit under subjection. You will never heal trauma in the flesh, in the brain...the spirit must rule over the mind! Trauma gains power when we bow, give our power, to ridiculous beliefs and people. This is the war between the flesh and the spirit. Joy comes form. the victory of taking our power back from the old nature...Dying to the flesh...Halleluhuh.

When you truly know God, you know it is about authenticity. God Bless you...wonderful! Our spirit person is in impeccable integrity, as we are resurrected, faith to faith..we become who we are.... Out of denial into His marvelous light-by faith...the flesh wars us , fails us, he is looking for us to stand on who we truly are...God will tell you to stand against accusations of who u r not It is simply the war between the flesh and the spirit. Grace is by faith...not condemnation.

Amen...God is authentic, in impeccable integrity faith and demonstrates Holy Relationship... authentic connection.

After hearing Johnny's sermon, I need 2 tell a real story about my mom. She had a blood clot n her brain. She fell and had an aneurysm. If not for falling n having surgery for her aneurysm, she would have passed. My mom's 2nd surgery.....she left and went to Heaven. She did NOT want to leave Heaven. She said it was the most wonderful, peaceful, warmth feeling she'd ever felt. As she was being operated on....she left her body and wanted 2 go 2 Heaven. On her way 2 heaven, her mom((my g ma) was waiting 4 her. Her mom n her were embraced n felt the warmest amazing feeling. She also looked up n saw Heaven (warm n light). She told her mom "I'm ready". They both were looking down on operating table n saw the surgery taking place. As she was on her way 2 Heaven, her mom n her were embracing. Then.....my mom tld her mom she was going 2 Heaven. Her mom( my g ma) tld her NO! U still need 2 b on earth for me and my brother. Aft surgery, she told surgeon what happened. She even told him he was wearing a beanie type of his religious top on his head. Her surgeon started crying. He tld her he believed him. Most important....he only wears the beanie only during surgeries. He kept weeping n tld my mom, she was the 1st person who he knew went 2 Heaven n bout his beanie. I'm 💯 sure he still talks about my mom everyday or always will remember. She wanted 2 go Soo bad 2 heaven then. She didn't n she passed @ 82. She was in her early 60's when this took place. Pastor Johnny.....I truly love U n if not 4 this sermon......I don't think anyone would no my real story. Yes!!!!! Hope n Heaven. Waiting 4 U as my mom is. Thank U ✝️

Pastor I understand. In 2019, I had to go on dialysis. I hated it. I was physically miserable. I was mad at God, but I wasn’t admitting it. So I remained miserable. When I repented, I had joy every day. People would comment on the fact I didn’t complain. Behind the scenes, I had a group of women who were a prayer team for me on Messenger. Their prayers carried me because I was so weak. I was on dialysis for exactly one year because a woman I didn’t know donated her kidney to me. I see your joy as a product of your intimacy with Jesus. I heard you say you are processing with Him, and that is why you have joy. It’s the fruit of being with Him. You are leaning on Jesus. I’m not saying this because you don’t KNOW it. I’m saying it in your defense. I hope I’m not overstepping my boundaries, you can correct me if I am.

The part about effort reminds me of Psalm 46:10: "Cease striving and know that I am God." The rest of Psalm 46 speaks to this as well - God is both in control, and the source of blessing and restoration..
