వేడి చేసిన గానుగ నూనె లో మినపప్పు,మెంతులు,ఆవాలు,ఎండుమిర్చి ,పచ్చిమిర్చి,ఇంగువ పోపు వేసి వేగిన చల్లారాక, రోట్లో పోపు మెత్తగా దంచుకుని ,ముందస్తుగా దంచి ఉంచుకున్న పచ్చి (వామన) చింతకాయలు కూడా వేసి మెత్తగా నూరుకుని ,వేడి అన్నంలో కలుపుకుని,ఓ చెంచాడు నూనె వేసి ,ఓ పచ్చిమిర్చి పక్కన పెట్టుకుని ముద్ద ముద్ధకు కొరుక్కు తింటే అహా! పక్కన ఓ లోటాడు మంచినీళ్ళు పెట్టుకోవటం మరవద్దు

From the looks of it (also from given measurements) oil seems to be low. You will need more oil on third day anyway . Or my mother and wife have been looting us (of course it is always t heavenly). you should narrate about the tiraga kalapadam. It is missing

Wash amlas and dry them . Then give 2-3 incisions on each fruit ,heat kadai ,add 100 ml sesame oil (or oil of your choice ) and add the amlas .saute them until soft while on sim mode.let the amlas cool.For every 250Gm amla,Add 100 Gms of red chilli powder,100 gm mustard powder,75 GM salt and 1 spoon full roasted methi powder to the above cooled amla mix well with hand/spatula and then add (sesame) oil accordingly . Garlic is optional
