Lobo Football is headed to State semi-finals of the playoffs on Saturday, December 14 at SMU Stadium. Kick off is at 2 p.m. Tickets are $10 in advance and at the gate. There is a $10 parking fee as well. Ticket link: bit.ly/3D4VLQ6
There will be a send off for the team in the Lobo Den parking lot at 8:05 a.m. on Saturday. The team will leave at 8:15 a.m. Send your Lobo Spirit photos or your game day (send off, traveling to Dallas, and stadium) photos to Liz Ross at eross@lisd.org.

I presume this is a recurring theme; yet the Refs didn’t flag it once the entire game: @29:29; looks like an illegals cut block on the defense as he takes out two Lobo blockers. It is away from the play; but an infraction nonetheless. I sure North Shore experienced the same thing against Westlake the connection is the Coach at Westlake and his son coaching at Southlake. But again the Officials have a job to do. Fun fact all of a sudden Carroll has a defense. Carroll score about the same as Desoto. Yet; they found a Defense for the Lobos.
I am proud of the Lobos as well and I use to be a beast from the east in my day. Most of the people making these comments don't know nothing about Texas football. They're just running their rachet mouths because this game could've gone either way. Longview has sent more players to the NFL then southlake will ever do and they don't recruit. And I remember so well when south lake moved up to 4A from 3A back in the 90's and struggled along with Cedar Hill. And Neither of the 2 schools has never won a 4A title in football because 4A was too much, but they did have descent teams though. Daingerfield beat Southlake knocking them out of the playoffs one year. Southlake is 1-9 against Pilot Point in football. 😆

Longview got robbed. The Southlake kicker flat out missed the first try at the field goal without any interference from Longview. He got hit AFTER the kick was up and away, IF you want to call it that. Looked like a fine job of acting to me. The refs should be ashamed of themselves.

Longview didn’t start 0-2, they started 2-0 by beating Lufkin and Marshall before losing the next 2 to SOC and Ruston. They went undefeated in district. The 2 loses were non district
