Thanks Joe!
Awesome performance! This was absolute 🔥🔥🔥
Thanks so much Jamal! 🤗🤗 More is on the way!🎉🎈
Thanks Jamal . ✌️
Another great tune & performance!
Thanks Steve! it doesn't have words yet but one instrumental did. will post that after its on Bandcamp!
Thanks Maximilian!🤗 Stay tuned for more! We are on a roll! Appreciate your view and comment. There's more on our Bandcamp: analogsavvy.bandcamp.com
Two souls making some blues. That was phenomenal, greetings from Argentina!
Impressive!! Music from our youth. It’s nice to see that still have influence in our hearts and skills to play it. Well done!!👏🏻👏🏻👌🏻
Thank you so much RM! We got some bangers on deck, so please Stay Tuned! Great rehearsal tonight and 🤞they sound as good on any recordings we get this weekend. It's great to have an audience again. 🎉💫🎰
These folks are probably like me. Retired and enjoying music. At least they have each other. And I was glad to hear their success on this video. It may be that they learned how to play both guitar and mandolin in the last few years. I can personally vouch that it's so incredibly validating to be able to accomplish playing a song on an instrument that you've just learned how to play. Thanks folks keep it up!
Thanks Dennis. Not retired but always enjoying music. Been making it together as Analog Savvy since 2018. Todd's been playing guitar all his life. I picked up a tenor uke in 2015. Bari about a year ago. We are buskers, but new to trying to record videos. Hopefully the videos better reflect our skills going forward. Recording in studio or on a hot day outside/inside still takes the best edge off for me. What instrument do you play? Anyway, welcome aboard and please Stay Tuned! We are also on Bandcamp. analogsavvy.bandcamp.com
Brilliant.
Thank you so much Anthony! 🎉
This is awesome! What’s that instrument the girl is playing?
I'm playing a Baritone Uke. Basically a guitar minus the 2 lowest strings. I love it. Also play tenor uke but it's hard to switch between the two because so similar but different chord patterns. Tenor = GCEA vs Bari = DGBE
Very nice :)
Thank you so much, Craig!💫
Well done!
Thank you Jessamyn! Hope you are doing well. Stay tuned for more tried & true tunes!
Thanks for posting your version. The song came out in '72, my high school graduation year. You look somewhere near that vintage yourself. We all move forward. Music is the thread that connects our past to who we are now.
Thanks Jim! ELP is such a standout fo us both. Our arrangement has evolved over several years. We do the intro too, and that will come to video at some point I hope. We are buskers so playing to a cell phone will take some time to get used to! ✌️
Sounds great! Top shelf song too - remember it well from Super Bowl of Rock in…77? Thanks for filming and posting! ❤😊
Thanks Steve. This song, inspired by a local open mic night leader, has been a goal for 2+ years to arrange to our liking and ability and then video. Got pretty close today, so, it's finally up. The school entrance is a pretty good studio w the Shure MV88 and lots of blue tape to lash it onto the music stand. We are working on something w a better crop. But for now we'll take it!😁😅 More to come soon!🤗
Sounds great! ❤
Thanks, Steve! Glad you dig it! We need a few simple tech adjustments and then we can kick out some more jams with the Shure MV88 as the default mic soon. The phone did alright, tho!🤗
Still gives me goosebumps. One great Chattanooga band, albeit short lived. Hope everyone is doing well. -a
lovely song, lovely voice - the is Hope For Chattanooga!
That was one great night. Great band. Thanks for the memories you guys.
An oldie but a goodie. Never forget 2020.
Thanks Jamal. There's some "new" fun studio stuff up on bandcamp... Parking Lot Kisses, Lotto and Cat Hair Pie! And some home recorded goodies. 😘
There is Hope for Chattanooga!
Thank you! We need to do an encode before they shut it down for "repair." Really appreciate your comment! 🌠💝👍🏻
@@savvycha They're sutting down the Walnut St. Bridge?
I've taken my sons here a couple of times. They liked it but not nearly as much as I did, but what are you gonna do? The Raptor Trust is a wonderful place to visit.
Hey Brian! You know that's how it goes w the kids! 😁 I have been wondering how you n the fam are doing? I have the same aol address if you wanna catch up. Or ping me on Linked In! Great to "see" you. Esp on this now ancient video. -a
Nice to hear pipe band in the USA! From a proud Scot from clan Graham!!!!
It's a good one too! Check out their FB or Web page. Going to film them again this week! Thanks for writing!
This is one of the best bands you are ever gonna see. And I mean that! Don't miss them if you have the chance to see them play! Just the best.
Love Stone Cup. And love The Afternooners! Great night. 👍🏻
Best Chatt fest from my pov. Bluegrass under the stars on the rivernight. In addition to the talent, the sound crew was top notch. It was a very special night. And I heard my fave Bluegrass song there the first time, Mississipi Waltz by Kenny Baker.
This performance made me so happy. Wish the recording was better. Great song. Great group. Listening to live Bluegrass in Tennesse is like nothing else I've ever experienced. Fills me with joy. -a
Funny... I was having a rare thought about my first wife and did a search for one of the many songs I enjoyed by this guy th-cam.com/video/0aahZtP0GAQ/w-d-xo.html and wound up here somehow.
Spoonz is a fascinating & talented gentleman...I could watch/listen to him for quite some time! Thanks Annie ♥ Big like
Love me some SPOONZ. Trust I will video him singin any chance I get. This video in particular couldn't be any cuter cuz the audience. I love this. Thanks for watching and enjoying our awesome local talent on my channel. 😁
Very cool Annie!! : )
Landon is now teaching Banjo at Fiddler's Anonymous. Don't miss this opportunity to learn from this gifted young man. -a 5/2018
A true saint. Thank you for your life of such tremendous witness for Christ. And making time for me in 2013. RIP Father Albert 2015.
Father Albert passed away in 2015. So grateful to Giles Clark for introducing him to me and for the opportunity to interview this Angel of a man. RIP Father Albert. You are one of my heroes forever. -al
super smooth
Rick's the man! Love the acoustic chops, yeah!
they need your help Please
wawa zuzzy Hey Suzy The Raptor Trust is one of my favorite places on earth. Hope sharing this lil video I made 15 years ago, when Len was still with us, can help somehow. What a privilege it was to spend the day with Len, film there and make this short doc to let others see the great work done at the Raptor Trust. -Annie
Very cool!
Thanks Annie, it takes me back again "ages" ago.
