I can tottaly relate hun. Let me tell you my story. I worked hard all my life. I work since i was 11 years old. My daddy make a wrong financial move and lost everything. But he had finished the American agricultural school and my mom and dad was originally from a small vilage and they had fields. So he became a farmer. We all had to work as we didnt had money to pay for workers. I am originally from Greece but my husband is English so i moved to England. I start working here but my health that was not great anyway got worse. I end up living with pain and that caused me depression. One day my 5 year old son ( almost 3 years ago), broke one of earrings. Trying to find how i can ment it watched some TH-cam tutorials and i said...hm, i can do that...i was 50 years old. I got hooked. I was making jewellery like crazy. I was still working but i started go to to craft fairs. Making jewellery helped me with depression. 9 years after i started my job here i had to stop because of my health. I couldn't breathe from the pain. And then on the summer of 2021 i had a house fire. My house and all inside it was gone, my 7 years old Jack Russell, Sparky crossed over the rainbow....my son escaped from the dog flap and my husband was a breath away from death. Afrer all was clear what do i see? Everything was gone. Everything but the craft room. It didnt even had smoke damage. I thought , God is telling me something here. And i took the leap of faith and i open a small store inside a traditional indoor market( those markets exist in the UK for more than 300 years). I have an online store as well but i have no money to promote it. I have good costum on my physical shop though. Some months are worse than others but continue making jewellery is my therapy. I also got 2 degrees in jewellery making and jewellery making business. From every disaster, new life comes. I will follow you on Instagram ( it will be my business name simple is beautiful by nina) . I just started my Instagram account, i am more of Facebook girl 😅. That is why i liked, saved this tutorial and subscribed to your chanel ❤ Do do the second knot, I just thought ...may be it will be a bit easier to use twisters or the knot tool ( the one we use to make a pearl knotted necklace) to bring the knot where exactly want? I like that you use string and not elastic by the way ❤
