This was so Interesting, and I enjoyed watching it, I have a signed Book by General Paik Sun Yup, I am a member of the KDVA.

I spent about (9) months in the Chunchon (sic) from January 1954 to October 1954. The protocol was that our area of responsibility was off limits to Koreans and their area was off limits were off limits to us, thus I met few Koreans. People today when people ask me what the people and food were like, I always say I don't know. I never saw a cafe and few people. What I remember is Korea was it was cold.

I loved the people I met in Korea and loved the way they could make do without much help. Hard, constant work for them all. Glad to see what those folks made of a poor country in just 50 years. Bruce M. Frazer, C 1-17 Inf, 7th ID 1968-69.
