Not that I think the words lucky and widow belong in the same sentence belong together.................... I do consider myself lucky to be content being alone after my hubby died. Yes I do miss him . Even so I have no desire to get into another relationship. Of course being 75 now might have something to do with that. If I were still in my 50's maybe but for sure not now. After 8 years and almost 4 months, life is good. I am settled in. I have no family either I outlived all of them. I do have a small herd of 5 kitties and two little dogs. A lovely home and yard and my art. And most of all my health is good.

AW My late husband and I were married at City hall by the Mayor Cherokee Jones. Truth!! He was a great guy. I wore my boots and jeans. No one there but us. The two clerks were our whitnesses.

I love this series. This book was beautiful! The only question I have is said Rosie’s family farm was 30 acres. That’s too small! I grew up on a 60 acre farm. My hubby and I have over 800 acres today. Love the faith ,family ,farm
