DAA Speakers – Emotional Sobriety – Finding Emotional Peace in Recovery
Bill M. from Oshkosh, Wisconsin, Jamie S. from Atlanta, Georgia, and Marisa S. from Madison, Wisconsin share their experience, strength and hope on emotional sobriety. Emotional sobriety is something many of those in recover question. How do we obtain emotional sobriety? Physical sobriety is black and white. But emotional sobriety can be the grey area that many do not fully comprehend. Listen to these speakers who share on what emotional sobriety is to them.
Drug Addicts Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who have recovered from addiction and are committed to helping those who still suffer. We have recovered by using the Twelve Steps as outlined in the book of Alcoholics Anonymous. AA granted DAA the permission to adapt and apply the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions.
From August 12-14th, 2022 the 6th annual national conference of Drug Addicts Anonymous was held in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. During this conference speakers from all across the nation shared their experience, strength, and hope. From main speakers, to multiple panels, all of those that attended were able to learn and unite within the fellowship of Drug Addicts Anonymous.
