I feel similarly! I think these pieces would be better suited for SLGs or accessories instead of bags! I think they might be harder to style as bags but they certainly are nostalgic.

I honestly didnt think they amped up the price to much compared to what the regular pieces are priced at. Is it over priced, yes, but compared to that I dodnt think they did too much of a mark up on some pieces, hopefully that makes sense 😅 Im with you on the SLGs, I got carried away thinking I wanted the Vanity style bag but then I took a minute & was like 'how often are you reallyyyyy going to wear that bag?' 😂

I'm definitely not a fan. Too whimsical for me. But I'm with you, a fun colorful SLG would be acceptable!

I love the looks but i can't get over the price tags

I too was in college when the initial collection launched and it wasn’t on my radar. Now that I have the chance again I will be buying a couple of items. They’re not really my current style anymore but dang the LV/MJ nostalgia is winning me over 🎨

You may want to consider getting a bigger tree so that the bag charms are more proportional to its size. I think a bigger tree would look better too. I also bought the Jet sneakers but I got them in the beige colorway. They are more neutral IMO. Also love them in the beige and dusty pink colorway too!! 😍 I am not too fond of the off color sole on the black ones you got. They stand out too much.

The tree is cute but trust me don’t hang it on your designer bags especially not Hermes, even their own padlock marks your leather over time, that is why Hermes do their bag charms (Rodeo, Pegase etc) in lamb skin. Also a lot of this seems like stuff you can easily get easily get elsewhere, is this just building up your pre-spend?
