Also have you had nutritional bloods taken recently, specifically your iron and B12 levels? Super important to get these done annually lost gastric sleeve and also ensure you are on top of taking your multivitamins. Recommend seeing a dietitian to look at your diet and make some tweaks to ensure you are meeting your nutritional needs!

Good to see you back ! I love your vlogs even if your just doing day to day stuff. Defintely recommend seeing a nutritionist I started seeing one last year (sorry i cant recommend one as im in Perth) it was the best decision I have made. I have learnt so much about food, the nutrients I personally need and as result felt alot better physically and mentally.

Omg I'm so at this point in my life too. I just had my second baby and now I'm done with having kids I'm really wanting to change up my style and get rid of everything and starting again. I just need it all simplified as I have so many clothes but never feel like anything works

l am going in for gastric bypass in 14 days, so l am now on liquid on day 3 now, and l have had a diet for a week before this and from the last time l was in hospital l have lost over 10 kg on my own. It has been hard but its okay because l want this so much and in my country of Norway it is free we do not pay anything for the operation but we ned to pay some smal fee on the hospital like 35 dollar and l had to pay for my diet and pre opp and som stuff all in all l payed 500 dollar in total, so it is not so bad. But l had to go tru a program on the hospital to get this so for me l had to spend a year to get this for free some only have to go 6-8 mounhts but I changed hospitals along the way and then this took longer. And you have to have a certain high ibm to be able to get this covered by the state of Norway. When l started l was 158.8 kg and I could no longer lift my 2-year-old daughter, and was so tired of the whole thing. So now I've lost down to 145 kg on my own today, because anything you can lose before the actual operation helps the surgeon do his job well. In my case, I feel that I have eaten enough anyway, so every day I lose weight is a joy
