Soy Sauce 1/4 Cup
Sesame Oil 1/4 Cup
Edamame 1/2 Cup Bean Only
Shallot 1/4 Cup (Optional) or Scallions 1/4 Cup (Optional)
Sea Weed Salad 1/2 Cup
Diced Mango 1/2 Cup
You can add a heat component as you wish.
Ex: Chili Oil / Jalapenos / Chili Flakes
Dice / Cut the tuna into cubes when close to frozen. Cutting when defrosted will be messy
Mix the Soy Sauce 1/4 Cup and Sesame Oil 1/4 Cup in the bowl first. Taste and adjust if to salty with more Sesame Oil.
Add the Chilled not Frozen Cubed Tuna to the Soy Sauce and Sesame Oil bowl. Make sure each piece is covered.
Add the other ingredients and gently mix.
Let chill in the refrigerator for 10 mins
