1) Making Belonging Practical: Personalize the importance of belonging through practical, bite-sized content that integrates easily into their busy schedules.
2) Providing Practice and Trust Building: Learn and practice inclusive behaviors in a safe environment while building trust and connections with peers to support ongoing growth.

    Equity is Equal outcome with not the same amount of effort. EG. The Navy Seal exam is harder for Males than Females as females are required to pass a lower bar (Do less Reps) to pass. Equality is the treating everyone the same. EG. The exact same bar for everyone! By wanting and advocating for Equity means that you admit that you are not as good as the competition but want the same paycheck as the best in the business! Who is going to pay for all of this??? Equity is traditional communism!
