How nice they sound, whats the name of the song you use to demo?

This is such a lovely modern piece for the guitar, beautifully played on a stunning instrument. It also happened to be my mother‘s favorite piece of the guitar.

What flamenco guitar for beginner but gives room for growth do you recommend for an adult?

I like how bright and crisp the flamenco guitar is compared to the classical. I played acoustic guitar on and off 20 yrs and played classical guitar in a beginner classical guitar ensemble in high school.

Pepe Junior's guitar is undoubtedly exceptional, but for a proper comparison, another player is needed. Pepe senior can play a $10 eBay guitar like it's a high-end one.
