Is this good for growing muscle ?
Mega line and such graceful movement 👏🏼🔥
hell yeah! Powerful climbing brother!
Surprised to not see this technique used more often, feels more natural than a regular pushup and you start at a negative
Hell yes Brendan!
With style! Nice one!!!
Level 5: handstand pushups in the rings, good luck (:
I love that idea of using the trx to learn or develop the planche

What is the scapular stability is this
Fantastic explanation! Thanks a million 🙏
55 lbs or 55 kg? And why are you holding a weight in the other hand?
Nice
This is also how to climb in human fall flat
What part of the muscle does this exorsize target?
Traps
I learned it yay 💖
wtf that jump was so high "now draw the rest of the fucking owl"
Exactly lol
So helpful! Keep up the great videos :)
why bulgarian pull ups ? looks like a regular ring pull up
Exactly, my first idea.
When most people do ring pull-ups they start with a pronated grip but end up at the top with a supinated grip because it is much easier. Keeping the rings pronated throughout like this guy does is much harder to make yourself do!
Great video. Just browsed through your channel, why not post more climbing videos?!
didnt even realize that he was using his legs that much, this is why breakdowns are important!
Step 4: Launch?
@Grodo Step 5: have the strength to catch the hold you jump to.
Thanks, nice tips on how to do it, gonna try ! :)
Incan do more than that weight with one arm
That’s a vb in my gym
Thanks for this vid!!
Great video breaking down what a pogo is! Will practice these!
Amazing video 10/10 👏👏
great tip, also Locket by Crumb playing in the background is dope
short and sweet enjoyed it
Shoot this is nice to have. Thanks for such a simple vid. recently got on a moonboard problem where this is the only way to the finish. My timing needs a lot of work for me to send it.
Would be cool if you could compare range of motion before and after!
I've never been good at these kind of moves 😁 but I make up for it in static climbing
Nice video, never heard the name pogo before
That move works out the lateral head (horse shoe) of the tricep. It is very effective.
And pls see my channel to creative planet
So cool
Nice video!
