Just soloed him in Warmode + Chromie on my lvl 48 Holy Priest. I initially found him on my 59 Retri pally and tried to engage several times, to no avail. Also tried on warrior, same thing, getting rolled around. Then I tried going on my holy priest for fun, expecting to get one shot as a cloth squishie. But turns out he does the same dmg, and that it seems to be percentage dmg based on your max hp. Meaning, he did the exact same dmg as he did on my plate chars, but now I had all of the heals at my disposal. So basically: prepare with power word: fortitude and power word: shield, and maybe throw a renew on yourself for good measure. Then just do a couple Holy Fire and Holy Word: Chastise. Only do a couple hits and then just heal up all you can with flash heal. When you are full hp again, throw a renew on yourself, maybe flash heal again to reach 100% (if he dmg you during renew cast) and then shield yourself again. Throw 1 - 3 dmg spells on him again, rinse repeat till he ded :D Just be careful, sometimes he does dmg very quickly, which will most likely kill you if you are too low % hp. I basically just started spamming heals whenever he damaged my health to around 70%.

Yeah questing is the biggest ick for me in the Game. I am playing cataclysm classic currently and am around lvl 35, but i don't even know if i did a single main quest yet. I wish they would just colour main story quests differently so i could actually know which quests to read, cause i hate reading i just skip every quest dialog, its just too much.

I’ve watched so many Hunt tips videos and try to emulate what good players do but I just get owned all the time. Time to retire I guess oh well

Beware of the company that will devalue things you care about to make a profit or skip parts of the game for even more profit. Also resets and catch up mechanics in vertical progression games feel really bad most of the time. I would love to see the genre improve, but we'll have to vote even harder with our dollar. I'm moving onto other games in the market.

got it today.. didnt even camp for long. i worked from home so i left the game running in the other monitor. i waited near the frozen lake spot then Vyragosa it was killed at 11:50 so i waited there from time to time i flew arround and TLPD spawned exactly 7 hours later at the same spot

Weird take. Anyone just starting out should be starting from the OG zone anyway. it would solve almost all the complaints you mentioned regarding mechanics, lore, being lost in general, ect. while newer expansions do a decent job at catch up, we cant expect every expansion to jam OG stuff down everyones throat lol. Start slow, play the OG areas, and you'll have a pretty solid grasp on everything as it develops.

Tried farming it back in day for almost a whole year and never got it I also grinded for invincible after it was current took me almost 2 years to get grinding almost every week and I got ninja looted on it was very upset and almost completely quit wow I really have grinded stuff out since then

Wow is dead. If blizzard wants to save it they need WoW2. Start over. Leave classic servers for those people and drop ALL the dead weight. FF xiv stomps wow in this regard. At all times in ff, what youre doing matters. Once a wow expac comes, nothing else matters and the entire game outside is irrelevant. I love wow but they need to stop, and do wow 2

I just got a TLPD that was ~5 hours alive on a 4 days 4 hours old layer btw, was wondering about this "no more rare spawns on old server phases" theory

Me and my friend decided to give WoW another go, we been playing on and of for years, but not recently. OMFG what a mess they made of the new player experience, the confusion is of the shart, after we got of the Island we were so lost, where to go from here? Used to be obvious as hell, not at all anymore. Crafting? we are both crafting nerds, trying to figure out how crafting works now is a nightmare. Chromie? another confusing mess, nothing is explained. The map? i spent 1 hour trying to find the portal room in ogrimmar until i finally found a youtube video that described it. WoW used to be the simplest mmo to get straight into, it used to be MMO for dummies, NOW its a nightmare, neither me nor my friend are having much fun, we are just running around in confusion most of the time and that as returnign players that have YEARS of experience in different expansions of WoW, i would hate to be a totally FRESH WoW player, or maybe thats the problem, my previous experience is clashing with this new settup of the gameplay.. Rant off..

Tbh it started to feel like a job to me. If you ever take a break you can never advance again is what I’ve learned.

I played wow when it launched in 2004. Talk about a different game after 20 years. They are slowly adding some interesting content and overall improvements to gameplay. We all can get caught up in all these streamers and their opinions about why the game sucks and not just wow. Every MMO has streamers that just nitpick and trash these games. I used to listen to these guys and realized it's like belonging to a cult. You need to start thinking for your selves or you will never find a game you like. People today are like sheep.

I get hyped to play WOW miss the nostalgia miss the abilities and OG instances but then I pay for it play for a few days and then get bored, this might sound cheap but if the game was like 7.99 a month or 9.99 I’d play but 14.99 on top of my Xbox game pass and Netflix and Apple Music is too much let alone I’ve cancelled my Amazon prime, Hulu and Netflix….

I played early DF through the first or second raid tier release. I played as a destro/demo warlock. I found that the only thing I logged in for was m+ and I didn’t have time to commit to a 45minute window without walking away. So I’d log on, walk around, do some dailies and then log off :/ I was thinking of coming back soon though

An easier way to do stay chill is to just get 7+ stacks, at the start rather then 5, and just kill them all with frosty being last, doesnt matter what order, the cooldown is 30 seconds, so between platforms just grab a stack, then go kill the other. It prevents an issue i had at first where the other 2 bosses casted "gathering strength" which causes them to heal, and i was doing 7 stacks in between each boss, failed it first time.

i remember back in OG cata when engaging him you used to mount him and fly around on him killing him , cant wait to spend hours in Cata Classic camping for him again cata hyppe cata hypppe

My experience was downright awful. I picked it up for like the 5th time (having played all expansions since classic), and Dragonflight was unplayable. The talking dragon humanoids were incredibly cringy, the story was cringy, and the mechanics were incredibly clunky.

My dad recommended to me we both should do the Classic Wrath of the Lich King since it's very good. I got into the game thanks to him, and he has stopped after the dragonflight expansion. He said he's tired of grinding and repeating the same quests, and such which gets me concerned.

Hey quick question, I'm a high 3 - mid 4 star, 700 hrs & it's been sweaty lately. Any tips/loadouts to stay unnoticed? I crouch, listen, stay in cover, move, rotate, etc to try to ambush, but lately it's push or miss out. And unlike 1-2 years ago, players are making less mistakes. Any advice? Feels like no matter my traits/technique everyone always knows you're coming or just behind something, etc. it's different than it used to be and that's ok, but I really want to move up. I'm good, but sure I'm missing some things. Anyway just asking. All good

Most important trick - don't go into 5-6 star ranks. They are not fun at all

It's just way too much for any new player to get into in my opinion, Classic is a lot more simpler and chill.

06:25 if my teammate is dead and trapped by enemies on the body. Can I choose to disarm the enemy trap first? because there are only buttons to press to revive. And if I revive him, he gets caught in a trap and dies anyway. I'm facing these issues and wondering if there is any advice

As near 100% solo i thought id share my perk point priorities to support the channel, here they are in order: 1. Serpent - snagging clues and even bounties safely and quickly gets you places. Clues are worth points to spend even if you dont get the bounty! 2. Necro, Resilience and magpie next, 3. Doctor, physician, and frontiersman next. Super fast heals and you get an extra use out of every tool you bring. Those are my "standard set" everything else is optional after this but ill usually put on salveskin, gator legs (lots of water on maps) bloodless and packmule. The rest are weapon specific perks which obviously depends on what im using.
