All Glories To Srila Prabhupada
Learning: We may get feedbacks from our superiors on certain decisions we might have taken in life or certain ways we may be conducting our activities. Those feedbacks might be painful and against our plans, but we must respect the fact that they are being given out of affection and with a mood to benefit us. We should atleast respect that they are investing their mental energy and time thinking about us to help us.
The Srimad Bhagavatam explains the example of Prthu Maharaja, who submissively followed the instructions of Lord Brahma and gave up his vow to perform 100 yajnas and by doing that he became the champion of character over the champion of accomplishments. In this way he pleased Lord Vishnu.
