The “Oh My Figure” pattern by Stine Jorgensen is also a great pattern that has instructions for two different lengths of dress, skirt, and short and long sleeve tops.

Personally, I wont knit for anyone who asks. I never see someone with a clean house and say, "Your house is so beautiful, can you clean mine too?" It also does not matter if they tell me they will pay me. It's rude especially when the person is someone you don't know very well. If I am not advertising that I knit on commission, you should not ask me to knit for you.

Your self-drafted cami is so cute and I like the moss stitch elements you used. You knit up your cardigan no 8 so fast - great color choice. So unique and will work with so many colors. After knitting the champagne cardigan and then knitting the Agnete right after, I get what you mean about having to pick up all those stitches. When doing the Champagne cardigan, I had to recount so many times just to make sure both sides were balanced. I'm thinking of merging elements of the Agnete and another drop-shoulder pattern where the double-knitted button band would be knit at the same time.

I was looking forward to an update of your Agnete cardigan and your cardigan is so gorgeous - you chose the perfect color for spring. The buttons were an excellent choice as well - beautiful buttons that do not take away from the cardigan. Funny enough... as much as I love the muted buttons you chose for the Agnete, I think red buttons would look good for your cardigan no. 8. I'm sure the larger needles are a welcome respite from the tiny needles used for the Agnete.

Thanks for the video, I was also about to ask you to leave the pictures of the finished design on for much longer and have the name on the screen for long enough too. Pretty please.

You inspired me and I started my Agnete about a week ago. It's going surprisingly well and if all goes well, the right yoke should be done in a few days. Your yarn and color selection for Agnete is gorgeous. I like that the lightness of the kid silk tones down the brightness of the Peer Gynt... I think this will make it more wearable and it will go with so many more colors. I'll probably use on of my coned yarns along with Drops kid silk as well. Trying to decide on Woolyknit British wool or their Merino. By the way, Woolyknit is doing a collab with WellLovedWoolyknits and offering 20% off. Yarn prices are increasing so this might be a good time to check them out. Their 500g cones are under £30. I am working on my Champagne cardigan and in a lull right now. I have finished everything except the button band with is similar to Agnete. I think I just need to get my knitting mojo back and finish up the button-band. I'm not sure if this happens to anyone else, but as I come towards the end of a project if I do not have the next project ready to go, I lose steam on the WIP and hit a lull. But the minute I have the next one planned, I can breeze through the current and work on the next project at the same time.

Hi Theresa. I am so excited to see another video from you and also to watch this episode as the topics are spot on. First off, the Agnete cardigan is at the top of my queue and I have been stalling making this. Hopefully, I can get some tips from you as you've started yours. I love love love Seeknit needles - they are my favorite non-metal needles and I was just checking yesterday to make sure I have the size recommended to knit the Agnete cardigan (US2.5) as my Chiaogoo set did not come with it. I was a bit worried thinking I should use metal needles for that size in case I break them. Still trying to decide which yarn to use for my Agnete. I think it's great that you're building your collection with the best tools and this means less waste overall. Your Turenne sweater is beautiful and looks more complicated that you described. The color scheme works very well as the red adds interest. I like the look of the oatmeal stitch on the red bands. This gives me the vibe of Marseille sweater meets Sweater no 18. I have the Marseille sweater on my list and have heard of the Weaving Steven method which is supposed to keep stripes manageable. As you said in a prior podcast, you love a subconscious love for stripes 😂so maybe that method will work for you. For the ironing issue, can you use a tailor's clapper? It's a wooden tool that is used to make seams and pleats very smooth. In your case, you may apply only steam and then use the tailor's clapper.

I feel like starting on your sewing project is such a big deal. Like when you are all set up it's fine and so much fun! But it just takes a lot of effort before you can get started 😂 I love knitting and crocheting because you can do it anywhere

I wish you could see the smile on my face as you talked about your new needles. I am so happy for you and hope you enjoy your beautiful needles. Congratulations on your set and thanks for sharing the source of your needles. I just noticed they have free shipping worldwide. I'm tempted to see what they have over there. ...Since you mentioned you were interested in trying out other needles 😜, may I suggest checking out Seeknit's Kinki Amibari needles. They are a Japanese brand and have been around for decades. I see myself about the different tools available and have acquired a few needle sets including Chiaogoo (bamboo and metal), Lykke Driftwood, and also SeeKnit. In my opinion, Seeknit are the BEST bamboo needles... buttery smooth. They have 2 lines, the Koshitsu and Shirotake with Koshitsu being the darker needle. They are the best of both worlds... super smooth, nice pointy end, but not too sharp and lovely cables that spin so no kinking up. They might be hard to come by at local LYS, but Needles and Wool in Germany has them. You can start with the medium size package as it has the popular sizes for sweaters. Anyway, hope you have a lovely experience knitting with your new needles.

I absolutely love my Lykke needles! For me, wooden needles feel a lot more comfortable on my hands and are a lot lighter to knit with. My first interchangeable needle set was KnitPro Symphony, and I was so happy with them. But I'm glad that I finally decided to buy the Lykke needles because they are pretty much the only needles I knit with! I have both the small and big set in the Driftwood colour, and I don't feel like buying new needles for a few years at least 😁. I love your chanel and listening to you talking about your crafts adventure! Keep it up xx
