Uninstall the printer from anywhere you can find it in the Settings app and the control panel. Unplug your printer from USB. Reboot. Start the driver installer. Plug in your printer only when the driver installer asks you to. You should always be able to install it's drivers manually with device manager. The printer should be hidden under "software devices". Update driver, point it to the folder you'd have extracted the driver package using 7zip beforehand, and you should be good to go.

Hi, Thanks for the video. My client got one cannon ip2700 printer and he uses my desktop app to send reports to the printer. Client is facing one issue with printing he sent through my app. Report window when shown it should display report on full page preview. Actually, my app is old school 32 bit and working pretty well on all clients. But this client who has problem with printer when opens report to preview and print, the report window border becomes to smaller at the time window is shown. User can clearly see that report border is has correct width and height but as soon report is loaded report window border becomes very small like 300 pixels wide and 400px high. This problem is nowhere else on other printers with the same client. Only ip2700 with windows 10 setup on 64bit machine when 32bit exe of my app runs preview of the report size of the report window becomes too small. Interesting thing is that when i remove the printer driver the same report on same machine with my same 32bit exe runs full screen preview and reports behave normally. This happens as soon ip2700 drivers are uninstalled from the machine. I dont even close my app and just re open the report window after driver uninstall and reports behave normally. It very annoying problem because all other reports are opening fine. except for one report that has, i can say some kind of conflict with printer drivers. Reinstall of drivers did not solve this issue. re install of my 32bit app did not solve the issue. Next i could re-install windows 10 but client did not want to do this. Obviously, he saw that printer drivers has conflict with one specific report he put all burden of this problem on my app. I need some kind of help that should at least give me clue what could be done to fix this problem. Please let me know.
