Why because they know they will use u dump u and keep using others and dumping them to use others as well. But to maintain consistency with their clients, they will use code name so that the next gullible person that fills ur shoes will answer that name and their clients won't notice the constant changes. @@somamnh let me be clear, you need to make sales to get commission, once you are in sales floor and you cannot convert the incoming clients to sale meaning your commission will be affected, they call it the conversion rate. Not every client who calls wanna buy, and not every clients who calls speaks English but still it's gonna affected your commission, No sale = no commission = you take care of your own electricity and internet bills. Even after reading this you still wanna apply you can proceed ahead.
