🤠looks tasty
@@Mike-z7t5m It was surprisingly good and easy to make.
I like the way you look back to see if we're following you.😜
@@RealBigBadJohn Just keeping an eye out for the Nightsquatch!
You're using my favorite chili powder and beer! Get outta here! 👍
@@RealBigBadJohn I raided your pantry for this one.
Mmmmmm snake chili
@@michaeldail4563 He was too small for the chili.
Good looking chili 😋 King snake??
@@southerncooker6475 The chili was really good. The salsa had all the ingredients I usually end up chopping for a hearty chili. If I didn’t know better I would have assumed someone worked really hard on this chili. As for the snake, I matched it to a scarlet snake, but nothing gets your attention like those colors in a woodpile.
I never thought about salsa...makes perfect sense!😋
@@southerncooker6475 I looked for something heavy on tomato and onion.
It's nice to see the Skunk Ape hasn't caught up to you yet. Keep on distracting him with them delicious aromas! Cheers!
@@FS-lw2xd Sooner or later, the Nightsquatch comes for us all.
Wow!! That is a delicious looking pork chop!! I'm going to try that!!! Thanks!
@@southerncooker6475 It is delicious! It’s even better if you have time to let it marinate for a few hours. Thank you!
I bet some white pepper would be good on this, too.
@@RealBigBadJohn Absolutely! I was trying to keep the recipe simple, but you can always add to it.
Yum-O-Rama! Great job. Rosemary is one of my favorite herbs. The cayenne you use is the best I've ever tasted. 👍
@@RealBigBadJohn Thanks! I’ve grown quite fond of my McCormick Gourmet Organic Cayenne. I definitely need more rosemary in my cooking.
I only recently got into grilling. I’m really itching to try cooking steak out in the sticks like this.
@@598bryce Cooking outside is good for the soul and so is steak! Thanks for taking the time to comment.

@@sp00l92It certainly seems very fun. I wish I had the time to do this. I’m glad i can at least watch your videos for that
@@598bryce Make time to try it once. Nature has a way of making everything better. Thanks for watching.
That looked good!!
Thank you. It makes a wonderful steak that has layers of savory goodness. I imagine it would be just as tasty with any whisky/whiskey.
Cool video
@@allkindsofoutdooractivities Thanks for the kind comments.
Now, that is what we Mexicans call "mucho buenos"!
I’m glad you approve! I love me some chorizo.
Really cool. For the coffee i think the grind should be more fine so that there is no water coming out at the end:)
I don’t drink a lot of coffee and this is the easiest way I could find to make a quick cup. Maybe I’ll grind the next cup and see if it helps. Thanks for the suggestion.
Gotta make this!! Thanks for the recipe!!! Take care!
Chorizo is really rich and I’ve found people really love it or really hate it. Let me know how it turns out.
Most macabre episode so far. Let the bodies hit the sauce!
A biting fly did suicide in my open sauce jar.
I've never heard of this dish! I'll have to try it! My family and I like pasta dishes! I hope you left, ticks can be bad!! Enjoyed the video!
It’s simple and spicy. I did stay the night. The biting flies got me but I avoided the ticks.
Hate biting flies!! Take care!
I have been wanting to make this for a while. Let me know how you like it
I like it a lot. I wish it was served in restaurants locally. I picked up some fresh parsley as garnish, but it didn’t make it in my pack. When you camp, you make do.
Perfection!!!
I always leave room for improvement, but I appreciate the kind comment! Thank you.
Looks sumptuous. I use the same cayenne, unbeatable. 👍
Thanks! I like the salt, pepper, and cayenne combo for seasoning a steak.
I'll have two steaks, medium rare, to go please! That's a tasty lookin' breakfast!
I don’t know if I’m ready to go the short order cook route. It was my breakfast, and it was delicious!
@@sp00l92 You never know when that skunk ape is gonna come out the bushes and snag that ribeye. Just sayin'.
Looks delicious. You go camping more than anyone I know.
It’s an optical illusion. I cook outside more than anyone you know.
@@sp00l92 Baha! 👍😎
That looks good!!!!
Thanks. I definitely did some serious food styling to make it pretty. It tastes good, but without the garnish, it looks boring. Who knew they made pasta so tiny?
1st! (I know, big deal.)
Thanks for showing up early!
Hello my good friend🤚 I have to say: You are perfect What you do, photography, editing, everything is great🌹🌹🌹🌹 I hope you get what you deserve soon I wish you the best❤❤❤❤❤❤ like 3
Thanks for the kind words. I’m just an artist trying to make art.
That's different! How did it taste?
The taste lands somewhere between a thicker Krystal’s burger and a Salisbury steak. It’s not the prettiest thing to look at, but if you love onions, like me, it’s worth making.
Love onions, I'll try it! Thanks!
I wish you had some stickers or something for my tool box :)
I owe you and Becca one.
Great!
That looked great!!!
Thank you. It turned out as I wanted, with a little heat, but not too much.
No question, I will absolutely make this. 👈⬅
Thank you! If you don’t like it hot, substituting a bell pepper for the Serrano peppers is the way to go.
You gotta eat it on camera.
I’ve seen me eat. It’s not pretty. 😂
Back yard campers
I camp when and where I can.
so what?
I’m a little concerned that he pluralized camper. I was under the impression that I was alone in this video.
Those nuggets are cancer. You went cooking, take normal kitchen knife or paring knife, don't b fucking around with bushcraft knife, you could've used a hatchet.
Lol. I don’t own any kitchen knives with a sheath. I don’t want to poke holes in my backpack.
You didnt even cook the vegetables. This is like a knockoff of those outdoor cooking videos.
Lol. I didn’t cook the vegetables? Okay!
:)
This guy gets it!
Lol.. is this a joke dude? Frying chicken nuggets? 🤦♂
The dish is traditionally made with tenders. My choice to use dinosaur nuggets was a joke about dinosaurs and Ireland that you clearly missed.
If they're frozen nuggets refrying them is the best way to heat them back up. Either way nuggets aren't that uncommon in a spice bag.
They are crispy when fried. I’m happy to hear there is precedence for nuggets in a spice bag.
Wow that looks really good and the video is so calming.
Thank you. All the bird chatter makes for a great soundtrack.
Nice pan
Thank you. It’s new and made of carbon steel. I don’t have a good record with things that rust. If it never shows up in another video, you’ll know I didn’t clean and store it properly.
@@sp00l92 if it rusts on you just scrub it with half a lemon and some salt
@@AlBiNoChEeZdOoDlE Thanks. I’ll probably need this tip given my track record.
@@sp00l92 "Seasoning" a carbon steel pan completely on both sides creates a non-stick surface similar to a teflon coated pan, but it also protects the pan from rust since its polymerised oil which acts as a barrier for water. Theres many tutorials on how to do this on youtube and its usually one of the first steps before a carbon steel pan gets used. works great in my experience and my pans don't rust, best of luck
@@Saint.0000 I pre seasoned the wok and again afterwards, and so far so good. I really liked cooking in it so I hope to use it again in the near future.

Well... Now I'm hungry.
What you cooking?
I will bring the beans if you don’t mind making a couple of cups. Nice video and cup
Thanks! Sounds like you’re putting me to work.
Cool video, I like the coffee maker. I also like that coffee cup a lot. I need a cup like that
The coffee perculator is vintage. It took me a while to find one that didnt cost an arm and a leg. You can find a decent kuksa cup on Amazon until you find the time to carve one yourself.
so relaxing to watch <3
