Mellerware Biltong King Biltong Maker Food Dehydrator Unboxing & Review | Proudly South African
This brutally honest unboxing and review of the Mellerware Biltong King is more than just an unboxing as I go through a quick set up with clear instructions on how to get your Biltong King Dehydrator up & running. Also note that this Biltong King Biltong Maker is not just for making tasty South African style biltong but can be used for many other purposes such as drying fruit or snoek.
I got this sweet Mellerware Biltong King Food Dehydrator for only R349 at Takelot with free delivery as part of the Blue Dot sale and this Mellerware Biltong King review will cover everything you can expect.
I will be going over the 40W light bulb needed to operate your Mellerware Biltong King and also briefly go through the Biltong King instructions for set up. You will catch a glimpse of the Mellerware Biltong King manual but it is not needed as this has a very intuitive design. Please keep in mind your Biltong King needs a light bulb but it is optional as the fan alone can dry your items but it is recommended to get a light bulb for your Biltong King to function optimally.

I brought mine, no hassles putting it together, nothing broke. This video almost made me regret my purchase. Until I put it together today. Absolutely love the build quality and how easy it was to put together.
It's no wonder it's chipping after the way you've handled it during assembly.
If you buy cheap products from anywhere in the world it will be terrible quality just because it was manufactured in South Africa doesn't mean anything I have bought high ends one's from South Africa and it was excellent quality.
what up with all the "Cocane" popups?
Light bulb doesn't last two restarts, think the fan is pulling current through it. It does dry meat properly if you can keep it going, but yeah, rather spend more on a better solution. Plastic crap.
What's with the subliminal coke message ...you must be a dealer
How long did it take to dry your shrooms?
So true its a waist
Dry Weed 😂😂
thanks wont be buying this crappy thing.. will make my own
This dude don't know what he is talking about ... this works wonders ... makes beef jerky in 24hrs.... been using it for years...
Likewise I have been selling biltong like this for extra income and works perfect and sales are great
if you don't know the difference between jerky and biltong then you're a liar.
What a negative guy!!!
If you buy this in New Zealand they charge you R1000.
Haven't even used mine yet. Setting up I had to superglue the sides together it snapped with no pressure placed on it. Crap quality.
whats up with Cokane flashing? tryna subliminally hypnotize your viewers into taking drugs?
''Shit..irr idd iii ihaa irr '' sounds like you drinking on the job bro
You hilarious dude 😂😂😂😂😂
How do you grow them magic shooms
Have you tried TH-cam?
Go professionall or go home
Pay your money if this is flimsy
I did. I actually like the machine and use it often (not for recommended purposes😏). It's holding up well.
@@balooheisenberg4547 😳😳
Don't diss a good machine..... U clearly have no taste for good biltong u should perhaps handle the machine with care and you would the best result... Instead making a lame vid for likes....!!!
That’s just what I thought… he’s too sloppy….🥲🥲
Set your house oven on 175 degrees Fahrenheit, "use a oven thermometer" and dry your jerky meat in your oven just lay the meat on the racks and dry it, no more than 200 degrees Fahrenheit or you will burn it
It's for making biltong its completely different to jerky.
I bought this shit yesterday and left some fruits in for 24 Hrs and nothing happened 🤣🤣 I'll return it to Checkers tomorrow 😅😅
Are you serious?
@@phemeloikabengmakwati6357 after 3 days nothing happened !! I bought the Clicks 'food dehydrator' and work like a clock.
How will this work for drying weed
Probably extremely well
Send me some and I will let you know if it worked
Are you south african?? Lol I liked the review but if you're from SA drop the accent man lol.
No South African can fake the accent like that, unless he has spent a good part of his life in the US.
Each to their own. One can speak any accent one desires. Its words that are offensive not accents😊
And the sniffing!
Die mase poes se video makes me upset this dom naai
I don’t know what to do with the extra space at the bottom after handing my meat
Thanks for the review!
You gonna be claiming so many times 😂
It's actually been holding up pretty well and does a good job, but yeah if this thing breaks I want a free replacement 😅
Just the review I was looking for . Lets watch till the end :-)
