Yeah IKR, sometimes vs. Tenpai you get a free win because the going 1st decks that are incredibly strong like Mathmech basically FTK them

@@FaithYGO yea im just happy there are good counters to these decks especially since they intentionally nerfed stun for tenpai release.

It favors the match up. I needed 4 kaiju in the deck just to take advantage along with shifter.

Yeah man same I haven't enjoyed a Runick combo deck since Spright! It's so disgustingly strong with the draw 4 and floodgates :D

You mean at 0:34? What happened there was that I attempted to summon Elzette sending Toy Soldier, then his Samsara D Lotus changed Elzette's effect to "destroy Yubel on the field" effectively negating it.

I'd like to think most viewers already are tired of the long-ass combos that take 10+ minutes in Masterduel ladder and I thought I'd do my viewers a favour by fast-forwarding them xD I rarely fastforward the combos of the featured deck though, so if you're watching this video for Branded combos it's perfect to learn! @@Anthony45510 the sound would be messed up, and the frame rate stutters (becomes snappy), this is why I rarely use this feature

Ah, you noticed! Yeah I think for the most part it isn't worth it - Megaton can attack twice for 6600, so any other Ancient Gear monster on the field finishes your opponent off.

@@bonadoni762 Oh you know, the usual with Masterduel ladder A ton of loss streaks, miraculous comebacks, bullshit card design, and after 12 days and probably 15 combined hours of gameplay I made it to Masters 1 lol

@@FaithYGO Congrats! 15 hours of gameplay across 12 days sounds normal to me XD Me have been playing for the same days as you, reached D2 at some time, and now ranked down back to D5 XD
