This was an awesome game and apparently the one where I decided to subscribe and become a 3rd Wheel.

This is the 4th game I've watched today and each time I pick the loosing team. What I've noticed is the loosing team tends to be the one with the most penalties. I guess that makes sense.

I just Googled Rolla, Missouri USA...it looks like a small town. So far all the roller derby places i've looked up are really nice and green!

Tere's some impressive multitasking from the Jammer of the Punishers at about 1:04hrs, calling a jam while sliding and crashing into a wall. LOL I'm impressed!

That Skater #422 that fell; I've noticed when skaters fall and twist their bodies as they go down is when their's a serious injury. Glad to see #422 got up okay.

Wow, Cornfed got flogged by Black Diaspora! They were impressive to watch, very aggressive. Cornfed win most other games that I watch so this was impressive to watch, Wel done Black Diaspora!

Okay at Official Timeout on 55min they're talking about how the previous skater that banged her head was asking "what do you think about a Spaceballs 2?" As it turns out most of the Ref's and NSO's think it could still be filmed. Other's disagree and "don't think there's a good audience for it."

In all seriousness, Black Diaspora are a really good team. They got the speed and aggression down pat, it's no wonder why they're winning. Cornfed Roller Derby normally do pretty well.

Okay, during the intermission at about 38min the Ref's and NSO are arguing about the promise of a Spaceballs 2. Kinda' random considering you got a potentially injured Skater. I guess they were just trying to boost morale.

That was a good game, sure my team lost but it's always an exciting game to watch when the scores are close and fluxuate. Who's the lady with the platts, glasses and cool tattoos? I keep trying to read what's on her back.

Okay so, the Official Review at about 36min is another movie review...this time they're discussing the disturbing theory that Mary Poppins is a secret message from Satan. Some of the Ref's are saying "that's insane" another Res says "I know, right!?"

Big shout out to Evil C, those Apex jumps or hops were amazing and very impressive to watch!

A little sinside scoop on roller derby...Official Reviews are actually 'official movie reviews'. That's right! Refs and NSO's stop to talk about movies they enjoy, it's to break the tension a bit.

True story; back in 2021 our local roller derby league got kicked out of a venue because a skater left scuff marks on the floor. After that the league president talked about checking your roller skates. An NSO who was ex-Army point out how when going to the firing range they'd do a weapons check before and after shooting. That caught on and the league started doing a skate check before scrim.

It's a good thing to do but I am curious, have they always done skate gear checks before scrim?

On a serious note...I find it worrying when I see a skater constatnly falling and slippin then they fall again later on but don't get up quickly. I always worry they've done some serious injury to themselves.

Prairyland Punishers...what sort of punishments do they hand out? How bad are the punishments and how do I avoid getting one?

The Juniors (Velocity v All Stars) are doing really well (111:266). Junior Roller Derby Teams are always very impressive to watch!

I spent half of my Sunday watching this. Then I kept coming back in the afternoon to watch the games I missed...it was a good day!

Interview different skaters and their journeys! There are many funny and inspiring ones. You could also do something with some refs teaching about penalties or rules. “All the bout day NSO jobs and crew jobs…… just idea to inspire you 🫶🏻

This is a good game. It's exciting when teh scores are neck-to-neck and change so rapidly. C'mon Cornfed!!

I would like to see a roller derby game where the Jam Timer whistle is replaced with Japanese Demon Drummers. That would sound AWESOME!!

Black Diaspora is impressive! They'rea fast on skates and seemed switch on with the roller derby tactics.

I'm impressed, Indiana has some really good teams that are almost impossible to beat but KY seems to be doing a good job so far.

We have a skater in the CRDL who is famous for being a Jammer. Her derby name is Shortstop, she's very petite which gives her an advantage but she is very skilled at skating between people. She skated for a NY team, I think she skated in England and S.Korea too.

I'll be drinking Cooper's Lager tonight! It's a really good Australian beer but Cooper's Brewery mostly make Stouts and Ales so this is new for me....

It's Derby Date....Evening for me right now! It's 17:23HRS and I'm finally around to catching up.

This was a great game, but I couldn't stay awake any longer, missed the last game. I enjoyed the first two so much I HAD to come back and watch the last one!
