I remember I used to do that every now and then. Technics 1200s w direct drive. Once the mix was locked, it was locked. Had to be locked though to do that…no sync button (which I’m a fan of btw), no pitch bend, no bpm on the screen, just knowledge of the records, a good ear, solid 1200s and lots of practice!
