I e had a load of lessons there but not played any others until tomorrow when I’m playing my first 18 hole game at Horton Park with a friend. I did play ( not very well ) about 25 years ago but not played since

I just started cycling on Zwift (first time cycling in general) and it's brutal. I did one of those race events and I averaged 120 watts over 1H 10 minutes; was absolutely dead. No clue how people can average 200-300W for that length of time.
@@Deggroll I accidentally joined a time trial. Saw it was 9km and thought I’d be done in 20 mins. It was a 15 degree incline the whole way! It’s so hard, just got to keep at it though, I’m sure it will get easier 🤞😂

I dont know why TH-cam brought me here. But some unsolicited advice.. you need to rotate your torso and transfer weight in lower body. Your swing is almost entirely arms
