Taiwan is a great place to visit, or it was back in the 80s. I haven't been there since 87.

I think she’s in the process of writing a dissertation that collects the history of the recipes (she’s actually pursuing a PhD as well, which is super impressive)

@@thebuccilist second time in Japan. Went to all the main tourist sites back in 2020. But this time, in 2023 I went all around Kyushu, Kumamoto, Kagoshima , Aria city, Miyazaki, Fukoaka, Nagazaki, Saga. Everywhere. I make videos too. So I know the long slog of editing 😭
