Worth the hype? No. Worth watching? Yes.

Worth the hype? Hell yeah . I wish they followed the manhwa directly rather than LN. Read both and enjoyed it but I have to say the manhwa will give you a thrilling experience.

I think it is worth watching/resding. Wish the entire story was better though.

100 kanojo is my fav cause the mc actually makes his harem happy. The mc is such boyfriend material the compleee opposite of usual harem mcs

I would have added Non Non Biyori. The characters are so cute and funny and the atmosphere of the rural countryside in the show looks so gorgeous.

This is a pretty good list, but I feel like a lot of it is so well-known that even non-anime fans are more than familiar with it. Yes, if you haven't seen any of these, you definitely should, but who is watching this video that hasn't seen most of them. Here's my recommendations for less-known 80s animes: Some great 80s anime that is a little lesser-known: Kigamure Orange Road, Angel Egg, GeGeGe no Kitaro, Dallos, Ai City, Gauche the Cellist, Minky Momo, Wings of Honneamise, Dominion, Vampire Princess Miyu. Slightly more well-known but still not as well-known as most of this list: Ranma 1/2, Vampire Hunter D, Dirty Pair, Galaxy Express 999, Maison Ikkoku, Dr. Slump, Project A-Ko, City Hunter, Crying Freeman, Gunbuster.
