Check our the Space Ghost series
Space Ghost is an ongoing series by Dynamite Comics
Writer David Pepose Artist Jonathan Lau
Greed and corruption flourish in the darkness between stars. The Galactic Federation's territories are spread across the cosmos, far and wide in the vastness of space. At the scale of the cosmic landscape, pirates, hijackers and other nefarious actors are able to slip stealthily through the pitch black, ransacking distant colonies with cruel disregard for the innocent scientists that inhabit them. They've often been able to get away with impunity. Yet a powerful force is set to put a stop to this, a cosmic vigilante who metes out justice throughout the known galaxy, bringing vengeance to those who prey upon the defenseless. Evil cannot hide from the gaze of Space Ghost!

This is an important book to me also as I bought it when I was a kid when it was new and was blown away by rthe story and art. I still have it and it reads as good as ever.
I’ve got a whole run for 25c each
Thats a pretty sweet cover, where did you get it?
I found it on Ebay. Most of the stores near me don't have anything like this.
Cool cover and nice info. Subbed
thank you. Are you a Spider-Man or Hobgoblin fan?
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
New subscriber. Brilliant comic. Thanks for the review.
Thank you for the sub. It is a great book. I have loved it for years. What book for you has some of the most meaning?
@@Stormcastlecomics A good question.. Uncanny X-Men 116, (I had the UK version which was black n white)… I had never read anything like it and became a lifetime fan of John Byrne.. Good days
@@comicsdub3460 That is a great run. I have a couple of the UK books and want to get more of them. Sometimes books that are in black in white instead color have a different kind of feel.
@@Stormcastlecomics Absolutely, and they were printed in larger format, so that was a bonus!
A great review, and great that you got to meet the man himself, George Perez.
Was a great day.
I remember this villain,The silver dagger. He was a really creepy character and obsessed with clea.
Thanks for sharing the memories, best of luck getting the other issues around it that you need
I enjoy doing the stories of why some books are important to me and I honestly think I should do them some more. I get to show of great books and share my thoughts on them.
New sub here. Thank you for the thumb through. Look forward to checking out new content! I am having a 4000 subscriber giveaway on my channel with a prize package consisting of comics from all eras. You should check it out.
Roy Thomas became legendary here. His writing was still a bit hammy but he showed everyone that Stan Lee was right in his choice of successor.
He is my favorite Avengers writer. He was pretty innovative at times.
@@Stormcastlecomics He Was.
@@Stormcastlecomics True,he did after all create The Vision.

Wow a bunch of facsimile books. They are sure pushing those these days.
Yes they are but it is nice getting some of them.
That’s really cool
Ty, I am huge Avengers fan and love sharing them

It's a great book that is one of my favorites.

It is a great looking cover
That Marvel Tales is nice
I was glad to get it.
Cool video❤️
ty. I loved getting this book signed.
🔥🔥👏👏 Great cover! This one of the last 14 remaining books to complete my Marvel Team-Up run. I have the 6 index books and all 8 annuals. I am missing mostly stuff in the 1-20, which are usually pricier in high grade, so will slowly and patiently pluck away. Have a great weekend 👍🏼👍🏼🎃
I hope you can find the ones you need left soon. Finishing a run is always satisfying.
Sweet book 👍
Very cool
I like comics. Maybe change the set up. Introduce the cover art artist. Release date of the comic and mini summary of the comic. If its a ongoing story then treat the comic as a episode * summary? Subscribing. Good luck and looking forward to more comics
Thank you for the comment and those are some great suggestions that I shall add to the videos.
@@Stormcastlecomics anytime brother looking forward to your content
Thank you very much and I hope can keep putting out content people enjoy.
@@Stormcastlecomics you got this man. You have my support
I bought the book just for the cover two years ago, always get compliments when I show it!! I have a CGC 9.6 that cost 40 bucks
I honestly need a frame for it to hang on the wall. I have honestly thought of sending it to get slabbed because it is a great cover.
@@Stormcastlecomics I would do it. I think this a sleeper!
❤
I have that one
It's a great book
yes you have to check your comics when you get them i have a copy ofwalt disney's comics and stories march 1955 and its missing its center page . i didn;t check untill much later .
Can you read some of it??
I can do a longer video reading some of it. It is is good shape inside it just has a mark on the back from an old stain.
Is the volume really low on this for anyone else?
yes.. is very low
That might be me. I sometimes talk a bit softly without realizing it.
some body tired ''''
Ive never heard of the king in yellow, is it a good book?
Yes. It is from late 19th century and became a source of inspiration for later stories by Lovecraft. One of those things man was not meant to know but nice to see gothic horror from that time.
That is amazing man, thank you for sharing this. I love seeing people collect these
I love old Avengers books and as I rebuild me collection I like sharing them. Thanks for the watch!
Love Mr Miracle books especially the Jack Kirby stuff! But I also dig the Tom King Mitch Gerads run during DC Rebirth era. Scott Free is such an enigmatic character in the DC world!! Great finds! 🖖👽
Thank you! I remember seeing him in the Super Powers line in the 80's and didn't know who he was at the time but when I saw him in the JLI books I feel in love with the character. I enjoy finding others who like Scott and Barda.
I hear you on the slang. I'm looking for a dictionary, but I just started following someone on TikTok that covers a lot of the current slang. :) #makeminesilverline
My kids are younger Millenials/older Gen Z so I hear a bunch of it from them.
Excellent idea for a video theme! I love the pulp-style characters and they are plenty of very good modern interpretations of them. Dave Stevens's Rocketeer is the best of them of course. Sandman Mystery Theater, an all too well hidden gem, is one of the best series to come out of the 90's. Recently, I've been diving into Dynamite Entertainement's line of revival of pulp characters like Doc Savage, the Shadow, the Spider, Tarzan (in the series Lord of the Jungle) and have been thoroughly enjoying them. I would also highly recommend a little know mini-series published by Marvel in 2011 called Mystery Men, brilliantly written by award winning novelist David Liss where he created his won group of pulp-inspired crime-fighters.
I need to try the Shadow and Doc Savage. I remember a Spider Master of Men series out in prestige format books year ago that I loved. Will have to look at that too.
Of course, there were also some dumb concepts that got their turn, such as The Green Team - Boy Millionaires. 😂
wow, didn't know Antman had those great comic covers and stories in Marvel Feature.
I had found a pic someone had shared once and hunted them all down. Those are some great covers.
Love the cover ... Remind me of my days whit a long-A$$ pull list
