Cook This Baked Salmon Dish in only 15 Minutes - #quickrecipe, #healthyfood, #salmonrecipe
Oven Baked Salmon with Mashed Potatoes and Sweet Corn:
To Season the Salmon:
all purpose seasoning
garlic powder
jerk seasoning
no salt - season is salty already
drizzle olive oil
dry parsley
To bake the salmon:
preheat oven at 400 Deg. Far and bake 10 - 15 minutes or until cooked
After salmon is baked drizzle it with 3 tbsp. melted butter and 1/2 squeezed lemon mixed together
Mashed potato and sweet corn:
Peel 6 Irish potatoes - dice and boil
- add cooked potatoes to bowl
-add 3 tbsp. unsalted butter (can use salted butter)
- add 1/4 tsp of salt
- add 1/2 tsp black pepper
-mash potatoes then add sweet corn
