I was interested in hearing a woman's perspective. This is my second year during Winter Arc. Last year, I got my finances up. Did instacart as a side Hustle. I was able to stack up $3000 in about three months. I also fasted everyday and was able to shed about 10lbs. This year, I'm focusing on my strength, power, and agility. I stop going with the flow in general in all areas of my life. People have drop off and new people have come in. People come and go, its a cycle of rebirth and death in our lives. I wish you the best on your first winter arc.

Omg that oil made me breakout as well on my scalp & also was losing hair. I'm just like u, everyone's always like u have so much hair but i lost a lot & for me it was a huge difference. I have a lot, but strands are fine; in pictures from 2 years to now, i can see how much thinner it got. I was terrified. Check your vitamin D as well.
