This is a cool take on this song! It’s gotta be the Wacko Magneto version by Ednaswap for me, but I like this cover! And BOTH more expressive than Natalie Imbruglia, who made it famous & did a serviceable job, but smoothed out everything (IMO) that made it a true banger.

I never heard this particular TMBG song before, but I instantly recognized who it was by the sound.

the description of the short made me quite sad especially hearing you didn’t enjoy yourself :( TMBG is my favorite band I genuinely would’ve been tickled to hear tracks from John Henry!! To each their own though !

Seeing them play this really scratched an itch. Loved seeing them come through before this show, this one was out of no where for me. They had a show in London and opened with a variation of this songs lyrics, and it's been eating a hole in my brain since. Was fun to see them play this in full before they released it
